We've been there twice in 3 weeks. Service is good and quick and the food is tastier than the other places i've tried in Orleans. The Szechuan egg rolls and the mushroom fried rice are must haves. The short ribs were too though for my taste.
The dishes come in large portions and is always fresh and hot. The prices are reasonable and the service is always friendly. Would definitely recommend a friend to try this place out. They also have a website that has their menu on there. www.lucky7chinesefoodorleans.weebly.com/
Amazing food, tastes great, always a very fast delivery and its always still pipping hot when delivered! Portions are very generous and pricing is reasonable. One of the best in the city for sure!
Best Chinese takeout in Orleans. We've been going here for ten years and although we keep trying new places nothing comes even close to measuring up.
The whole family enjoys the food and the kids love that they get an extra fortune cookie if they go along to pick up the food :)
Very delicious food with huge portions (you will get your money's worth)! The spring rolls were huge, the fried rice was perfectly made, the chicken balls had a really nice taste, and the almond chicken guy ding had perfectly cooked vegetables! The fortune cookies were also very accurate hahaha! I will definitely go here again!
Chicken wings you say?. Yes I did. If you get a hankering for chicken wings, forget about the obvious choices. the Ja-do wings at the lucky seven are in my opinion the best . For under $10.00, you get well over a pound of the crispiest, meatiest you will ever find. If you get the garlic wings, it is essentially the Ja-do with a cup of the stickiest and sweetest wing sauce ever. In fact, I am pretty sure they use the braising liquid from their ribs - you get those little nuggets of ribs in the sauce - delicious!
Food is phenomenal. I usually order the chicken fried rice, chicken balls, closed end eggrolls, wonton soup and muchroom foo young. I am never dissapointed with their food. By far the best chinese food in Orleans. The portions are big and the prices are reasonable (for chinese food which is notoriously expensive.)
A great little neighborhood chinese restaurant. Food is prepared fast and portions are very large. Service is always friendly and polite. Excellent General Tao Chicken!
