maybe one staff was working because the service was neglectful. i ordered the korean tofu salad roll and i enjoyed the rolls very much. although the salad roll skin was a bit tough and chewy i guess because maybe the skin was not soaked in hot water long enough. overall, i extremely enjoyed the rolls. the sauce i think was peanut but it tasted like hoisin sauce
This is such a good spot for vegetarians. They are super thoughtful and very clear about what is in each dish. The veggie pho is amazing and loaded with fresh vegetables, and their pad thai just as great.
I rarely leave reviews, but the fact that people give this place low reviews made me do it. This is NOT "Canadian" chinese. This is, to me, in between Canadian and Traditional. The food is so fresh, the dishes you can tell are prepared to order. the singapore Noodles, amazing. You can tell this places wants to make good Chinese for Canadians. The Salt and Pepper Calamari are probably my favorite thing on the menu.
Anyway, I digress. This is a fantastic place to order take out/delivery if you are NOT looking for a "saucy" Canadian/American Style Chinese. The food is incredibly flavorful.
We are addicted.
You need to try this place!. I love, love, love this place. The food is superb and the price is unbeatable. I have tried a few dishes but love the vermicelli with double veggies and chicken. Super healthy. I wish these guys the best of luck and wish more people would visit (the place is never very full and I can't understand why, it's phenomenal!).
This is one of our favourite places! Food is super delicious and flavourful, staff are really nice, and the chili garlic tofu is a definite fave. Recommend, especially for vegetarians!!!!
Thank you everyone for giving WEIS a chance. Thank you for continuing supports. We appreciate your time, your satisfactory!
A new better year is here.

Love this place so much. Great food
Awesome!. First time going there with a group of friends. Excellent service and delicious cuisine! I would recommend going!
These guys are awesome! Fresh, flavourful food with pretty generous portions. 50$ takeout fed 3 people plenty. The crispy beef chow mein noodle is amazing- Singapore too! Will definitely be back
Great Food, Great service. A young couple have bought Fuschian's and I highly recommend to all Tom and An's customers to come and try the food cooked by Wei and his wife.
Spring rolls and Spring Onion appetizers crispy but not greasy.
All 3 of us enjoyed rice chicken shrimp and vegetables. Nicely plated
light on the sauce and extremely tasty. Wei will try and please your
palate. If you want a dish made a certain way he told me you just have to ask him. Second time we have eaten there and we will return again. Try the desserts especially the tapioca pudding which we enjoyed. Tom and An have left their restaurant in good hands.
Great restaurant! Ate very well and service was great!
Great food, fantastic staff.... We were frequent visitors of the previous restaurant at this location, and recently read online that a new restaurant was taking it's place.
Disappointed at the loss of one of our favorite restaurants, we were still curious about what had come in it's place, and I am glad that we decided to give Wei's Noodle House a go.
The staff that we encountered were incredibly personable and friendly, and the food was very flavorful and delicious. The menu is flexible, too, which is nice. Unlike many other places I've visited, the BBQ chicken, beef, and shrimp were cooked perfectly. I'm not sure what sort of sauce they were cooked in, but it kept all of the aforementioned juicy and tender.
The waiter that served us (Hi, Regan!) mentioned that they had just opened up the week before, and many of the locations previous regulars were hesitant to try this new spot and give it a chance - and to those people, I say "GO! Give it a try! You won't be disappointed!"
The chef (Wei Yu) even came out to say hello to us before we left, and asked us how we enjoyed our meal.. it was a nice touch!
And if the food wasn't enough to entice me and my friend to return, a story: Once we had paid, we left, and my partner and I were walking down Somerset, when we heard our new friend Regan calling after us. We turned, and saw him running toward us with my boyfriends cellphone in hand. He had forgotten it under a napkin on our table! What Regan doesn't know is that this particular phone was just purchased last week...! Losing it would have been an incredibly disappointing loss, and we are so very thankful and impressed that this young man went out of his way to ensure that it fell back into our hands.
That's the sort of service that you just don't get anymore... We will absolutely be returning for some more delicious vermicelli and I'm looking forward to trying one of their vast selection of noodle soups.

Great place! They just opened up about a week ago and are amazing. The presentation is beautiful, the food is excellent and the prices are almost too cheap.
Friendly (if somewhat shy) waitress but she clearly is doing her best.
Unfortunately, customers of the previous establishment are disappointed and don't give Wei's a chance before going away.
I would highly recommend going to try and I'll definitely be going again.
Delicious and friendly!. Love this restaurant. Very eye pleasing menu and easy to order. Very unique menu style, the noodle soup you have the option to pick your noodles, broth and meat/vegetables. My favourite pick on the menu is the Bun Bo Hue and Lychee on Ice! I have tried their Pad Thai's, General Tao Special, Rice Dishes and let me just tell you, the number 1 thing that stands out to me is that it's not drenched in oil, sugar, salt and msg! Super friendly staff and they actually listen and try to accomodate you :)
