Best Subway I've been to. I love Subway and order it a lot from various locations, but this location is the best. The reason why is this: They listen and do what you ask. Too many times the server has put lettuce on my sandwich when I didn't ask for it (not a big deal, but it just shows they're on autopilot and not really listening) and drenched my sandwich in mayo when I had asked for one line of it. The servers here are also pretty good at memorizing your order and are efficient and friendly.
Great subway with great staff and service
I like this location. It’s smaller, so I usually take out. The staff is always friendly. Food quality is consistent and on par.
I've been going to this location for the last 10 years, and the service has never been any better.
Despite my first sandwich lacking cheese and not being toasted they were willing to make a new one to my specifications & let me keep the old sandwich after confirming my story. No hassle and most importantly no waste of food. Excellent customer service from the 2 gentlemen working tonight. Keep it up!
Very clean, small location with the ability to eat inside, no patio. I just went in with my wife and had the pleasure of being served by two young boys and an adult. What a great team, very fast. Good to see kids that age working a good hard job. I love seeing this..

Subway stores can be variable in their quality. This one in the Southgate mall is easily the best one in the area. Clean. Well maintained. Very pleasant staff. Always fresh products - no stale buns here. Worth going a bit out of your way for this store.
I really appreciate how the staff here are particularly aware of people with gluten issues at this location.
Any time I've ordered a gluten free sub, they always make sure it is as freshly prepared as possible by taking out a separate set of fresh veggies to put on my sandwich. Great staff, good location

Another visit to Subway, another fine experience. Firoozeh runs such an awesome establishment. As always, the staff were friendly. It was a last minute decision to pick up a couple of subs and although Firoozeh was nearing the end of her shift and trying to get her other duties done, (Sorry Firoozeh) she put everything aside to make our subs. She is a credit to your company and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to go get some fresh and delicious food from her store.
I only come here at night and the gentlemen that works is fabulous. I give it five stars because the sandwich is properly made and never has vegetables falling out which is impressive. I am not sure how the day staff are but night shift is great. No complaints.
