I work at Ottawa City Hall and have bought tea at 111 Café many times. The smell of this place when you walk by is CRAZY. I mean, it's almost impossible to resist buying some food here - everything looks and smells delicious. It's a self-serve concept where you get your contained weighed at the cash
Provides great lunch options at a reasonable price. Don't be afraid to ask for their espresso. It's worth it.
Friendly efficient service, good hot lunch buffet and two free art galleries in the building. What's not to like?
