Always so helpful and friendly! This small shop carries a well-curated selection of tasty food. I picked up their pre-made Pho for a quick weeknight meal and it was perfection! Highly recommend stopping in.
Just walked in right as they opened after a nice Good Friday off and laid down a big list and asked some questions as well. They didnt even miss a step. Fantastically helpful and answered all of my questions. Super glad they could order me some bison! My favourite burger meat! Thank you Alex for your excellent service and asking whether I wanted things packaged per lbs. Makes my future cooking very easy. A great family owned business, couldnt be more jazzed about it. A Delicious Christmas dinner made even better with stuffing sausage and gravy to make the cooking alittle easier. Their delicious bacon was used for just about every dish. A great family run business with very yummy items.
I have yet to find a more friendly and helpful butcher shop. It is well worth going out of your way to visit and pick up some gorgeous products. David and his team go out of their way to answer questions and provide outstanding service. Very highly recommended.

Live in Nepean and got tired of grocery store meat. Beef is so expensive that it doesn't happen often. I decided next time I buy steak it's going to be worth while. Best strip steak I've ever had. The colouring and marbling were amazing and it tasted better than it looked. Their flank steak is also top notch. (a new favourite). Staff is super cool and very happy to give advice and answer questions.

My family has been buying meat from this place which is the only place that has the hospitality and customer service that will never be found in one of those big box stores. One of the last truly family run establishments around.

We live in Kanata but happened to need ground lamb on the way home from Hog's Back area. I looked up "butcher shops" on the maps and it led me here. What a treat. We were met with eager service and even though they didn't have any lamb ground, and I only needed one pound, the butcher offered to clean the entire grinder and grind some for me while we waited! Now I'll know to call ahead to make sure what I need is available but otherwise, this is exactly what I would hope for in a neighbourhood butcher. I will definitely make a trip back for this service and quality, local products. Thanks, guys!
Great shop! Just tried a couple of mexican sausages along with some chops and my 4 year-old at all of the sausage. Going back for more soon.
BEST customer service around! I am vegetarian and my boyfriend is not so I always encourage him to buy local and we are both so happy we finally tried Brian's! He has tried the ground beef (best burgers ever he said) and he treated himself to the dry aged rib steak and sirloin...the staff was so wonderful with helping on grilling instructions and so patient with all of our questions...my bf said he didn't realize steak could taste that good! Thank YOU Brian's for your great local product but also for some of the best customer service in Ottawa, that is what we will keep us coming back!

Incredible butcher’s who are knowledgeable and helpful! They prepared this gorgeous porchetta for us and it is a beauty! Can’t wait to serve this up to our guests. This is not my first experience shipping here - their meat is excellent every time (oh, and the BEST bacon around)! They also have an excellent selection of fine foods. Customer service is outstanding. Please pay them a visit - you will not be disappointed.

Top notch butcher !! Knowledgeable, personable, and high grade products. They carry "primal kitchen" seed oil free dressings which is rare these days. I highly recommend this shop to anyone trying to eat healthy and support local !

Happened upon this place searching for a product they carry. So glad I did! Super nice people The salesperson was friendly and informative. They carry some nice jams, hot sauces etc as well as being a popular butchery. I will be back.
