I go to the Kanata location all the time and the service is friendly. My food is always on time. I like the personal feel I get when I call or go in. Food is always great. Strongly recommend.
I am visiting Ottawa from Italy. A friend of mine brought me here to eat. I just have to say that the quality of the pizza here amazed me! I never thought pizza could be made better but this place proved me wrong. I also tried these curly fries, now that's some good stuff. The staff are such nice people, the atmosphere is great, and what surprised me most is the price was not expensive at all in comparison to the quality. Highly recommend any one who is hungry to come here. This will certainly be my go to spot while I'm in town.

In my honest opinion one of the best pizza places in town
Really delicious pizza! Great on toppings, real, full pieces of bacon on the pizza and Cesar salad! Delicious chewy crust. Lemon wedges and yummy croutons on the salad. They forgot the salad dressing, were super nice and apologised and drove it over right away. Would definitely order again!
I seriously don't get the bad reviews below, I have had nothing but excellent service and great food there, and I order at least 1-2 times a week. The owner is super friendly. Their pizza is fantastic and LOADED with cheese, their fries are sooooo good, they have different clubs they are ALL good, they have amazing salads when you're on a diet....there has never been anything bad I've ordered actually. My 4 year old son is always treated really well there and the staff has always been super respectful to my parents who have been regulars for years. I eat at restaurants all the time, have worked in the industry for years and think that this place deserves 5 stars for sure.
The pizza here is fantastic and so is the garlic sauce. However, the owner is rude and has very bad customer service. He is never willing to help resolve problems and will put the blame on you. Furthermore, they are sneaky. They charged me $1.50 for garlic sauce when the menu said 0.79$ and then claimed that it is $1.50 when you buy it without buying a pizza. None of this was mentioned on the menu.
I loveee Lorenzo's, every item on the menu I try is amazing! I frequently go there for lunch and their pizza is delicious! They also have the best poutine in town! I can't say enough good things about this place, behind the counter the people are super friendly and inviting, and the prices are very affordable!
MMM Pizza!. Lorenzo's has awesome Pizza - the way it should be! So many places out there have pizza that you could easily buy in the freezer dept. of your grocery store - but not Lorenzo's! The crust is crispy, toppings are fresh and the cheese is so tasty - I love it and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a REAL pizza!
