This was my third time here since they opened. Food came out very quick but it was a Thursday at 11:30 and not overly busy. I found the prices somewhat high especially considering the difference in the meals we ordered. 1 pancake with strawberries (sm portion) was overpriced, almost the same price as a huge 3 egg, 3 meat + breakfast. Coffee is extra. Service was great and accommodating.
Friendly and fast service with great food! This location is wonderful! The Gigi omelette is to die for! Another great choice is the Burrito Crepe which is eggs, cheese, western mix and a black bean patty all wrapped in a crepe.
I found the service to be great, however bear in mind, I went in on a week day early in the morning, and the place was empty, so had it been bad, but had no excuse. I got their early bird pancakes, which I was hesitant about. I had their "pancakes" before at other locations in the past, and they were crepes, which is not what I had really wanted.
I actually quite enjoyed their new pancakes. They were light and fluffy, thought they were almost a little too sweet. They were quite good though. Their coffee is average, as with most breakfast places.
I haven't traditionally been a fan of cora's, but their early bird special price was pretty reasonable, and overall, this was quite the positive experience.
