Solid burger every time. I tried the Nashville hot chicken this time, was told it would make me cry. It was spicy but it wasn’t *that* spicy. Still enjoyed it.
The veggie gravy on the poutine was fantastic, and so was the roasted garlic aioli.

I often crave an indulgent burger and fries combo, and was excited to hear that BFF has a limited-edition Crispy Hakka Chili Chicken combo available!
I can attest that having this combo is like a flavour BOMB in your mouth, there are so many layers of flavours and ingredients. Truly an indulgence!
Crispy Hakka Chili Chicken had lots of hakka glazed fried chicken thighs, with sambal mayo, green onion, crispy wonton strips, pepper & onion chutney, all between brioche buns.
As for the Hakka Chili Chicken Fries, they even had Hakka Glazed Popcorn Chicken, pepper & onion chutney, crispy wonton strips, green onion, and sambal mayo. This was LOADED with ingredients, and very satisfying.
Both of them are $11.99 each, or make it a combo and receive a free canned drink!

I honestly think the burgers here are delicious and the staff is friendly but recently I have been getting uncooked burgers. It's not the first time, so I would advise anyone to check their burger before leaving the restaurant :/

Been here a few times, the American was a good burger. Also tried the specialty Donair Burger the other day. Was super messy (but super delicious!). Paying $14+ for just a burger though was a bit of a shock but can't complain about the taste. The donair burger had 2 sauces, parsley tomato garnish and a few donair meat slices so a bit pricey for what you get.

Very clean and open concept. Simple options for meals. Food came in real fast, size of the beef patty a little small but good for the price. The sauces were really good, with just the perfect ting and heat. Really glad to find a Halal spot in Byward Market.

Went to this small joint located in Byward Market. Substituted the beef patty to beyond meat patty and also trued the parmesan/rosemary tossed fries with a side dip of chipotle mayo. The quantity of chipotle mayo was way less than 2oz. Fries were not as good as expected, parmesan was next to nothing.. the 3 stars is only for the burger.

My friend recommended this place and I enjoyed the spicy burger and poutine. I would definitely come back. Staff could be a bit more friendly though �. It wasn't busy at all and staff was quite unpleasant.

Visited on 11July2017. Staffs are friendly and willing to take the time to explain how to "make your own burger". Kids loved their poutine. They have a couple of different poutines on their menu to select from. Will recommend this place to my friends for sure.

BFF is absolutely one if my favorite restaurants in Ottawa. The food is fresh and delicious (and definitely worth the price) and they're always adding new things to the menu along with their creative monthly burgers. They're really great to their customers (always willing to make up for a bad experience, loyalty program, frequent opportunities to win free food, etc.). I've gone numerous times, introduced people to the place and I've never had a bad experience or heard many complaints personally. And this location is even better than the other one with more room and one of those coke mix machines with all the flavors!

Best fried chicken burger I ever had! I’ve tried a few of the burgers there but that chicken is still my favourite. Also great portions with the fries, keep it up�

It was amazing the burgers were fresh and the onion rings were really good. They were seasoned and hand breaded. Met one of the owner/managers he let me try some hot sauce that he was having in a competition it was very good would highly recommend this restaurant and go back next time im in Ottawa.
