We ordered the Cantonese chow mein and chicken balls. While the chow mein flavour was fine the broccoli was brown and off. The chicken balls were very over cooked. I wouldn’t recommend either of these dishes.

Been using Wans for years, always consistent. Large menu. Very much a North American menu but done very well. I suggest trying items off the chefs suggestions. You can now order online too which is a fabulous addition.

The egg rolls are the best in Ottawa. I've tried Golden Palace, and I prefer these egg rolls. Both open-ended and closed-ended are good. Try both!
We have been ordering food for the past 10 years and used to be the best since the pandemic the price went up and less food in the plate last time we ordered Beef and Broccoli it was 3 pieces tiny beef and few broccoli a lot carrots well it’s beef and broccoli in the menu why would you put carrots.
Amazing customer service and friendly staff! We ordered the bok choy and they were out of it. Somone went out of their way to go to the store and buy it for us.
***The food was so fresh and tasted really good plus it was on time when I got there.
