Just wow!
My wife and I visited la Cucina Ristorante for a late lunch and we had a fabulous experience. The service was very personalized, the antipasti for two we shared reminded us of our last trip to Italy 10 years ago.
For our main course, my wife had the pasta with seafood and she really liked it. For my part, I had the lamb and it was just exquisite!
The food was so good, I completely forgot to take pictures of our plates... well I guess we will have to go back :)

Very impressed by everything we experienced today. We went for dinner and the service was top notch. The ambience is perfect, with subtle lighting and soft music to aid conversation. We had the pasta and wine. Both were good and we will definitely be visiting again.

We were greeted amazingly by Ryan - the wine selection was amazing and the process from taking order to brining food to the table was right on time . The food was amazing and also the desert was delicious . Overall we had great time and sure we will be back

It was a very very disappointing evening at La cucina. The food quality has completely down drastically. We ordered the gnocchi, margherita pizza and the salmon and only the salmon was cooked fresh. The gnocchi felt like store bought, the pizza felt just like a pizza pizza and they didn't even add basil to it. The salmon dish however that my wife ordered was great and was definitely cooked fresh. The ambience of this place is however fantastic and feels very romantic. The service too was top notch and we were taken care of very well. Overall it's was very dissapointing since Last cucina a couple of years ago was my go to Italian restaurant.

Delicious and well presented dishes. Spacious and morden atmosphere. I would give 5 stars if the music is softer. We will definitely visit again. Perfect for gathering with friends and family.

Our experience here at La Cucina was a great one. We went for an event during Christmas. Place was nice and cozy. The ambiance was great. Very warm. We only experience finger foods but from what we tried we were very pleased. The service was fantastic as well. Catering to everyone there. Serving a group as big as ours is tough so I applaud this crew as they did a phenomenal job

A nice Italian restaurant in Kanata. Our server was awesome. We had as an appetizer, smells and burrata and cheese. The veal marsala was a good portion and very tasty.
It was very relaxed, easy going, not rushed from one course to the next.
Can't wait to go back again.

Wow! My husband and I came here to get real Italian food and boy did they deliver! Amazing food, fantastic waiter, food was quick and piping hot. Delish taste. Ate everything on our plates. Can't wait to return. Thank you!

Excellent food, great service. We were visiting from Whitby/Oshawa area and were looking for a nice place to eat. Saw the sign while stopped at a lights, thought we would check it out, definitely not sorry. There were four of us and we had the family platter, great variety, lamb, chicken, veal & pasta or vegetables, we opted for pasta and it was delicious. For appetizers we had calamari and bruschetta both were excellent. Finished with cappuccinos, great evening and next time we visit Ottawa, we will be back. Thanks Gord for the great service.

Took my husband and sons out for a birthday dinner last night. Absolutely delicious! Super hot, fresh ingredients, excellent service made for one of the best Italian dinners I have had in a long time. I don't usually write reviews, but this place deserves a mention. A gem! I am super picky about restaurants and rarely eat out, we will definitely be back. It's a bit pricey, but you won't be disappointed.

After receiving gift cards, we visited this gem of a restaurant on Saturday evening. The staff were welcoming, friendly and very attentive. The food was excellent right from the bruschetta, the seafood fettucine in arrabiatta sauce to the cannoli and cappuccino's, the atmosphere happy and cozy. We will definitely be back!

I absolutely love this restaurant! The food, the atmosphere, just amazing! I’m from out of town but my husband and I have made it a tradition to get here every year on our anniversary! We just got home tonight and let me tell you again, we were so pleased! YUM, YUM!!

Received a gift card for Christmas so it was our first time there today.....AMAZING the Zuchinni Chips and Classic Brushetta are so delicious as well as the main course. Service was also great! Definitely will go back.

Very great service, second time there. The appetizer Italian sausage were too salty and drowning in Tomato sauce. Garlic bread was also drowning into garlic butter, too oily to my taste. We should of had the choice between butter garlic bread or plain butter with the bread. The rest was great, the small cannoli were appreciated.
