If it weren't for the onions on the floor under our table when we were seated, this would have been a solid 5-star review.

NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!
I used skip the dishes to order a Nashville chicken sandwich with poutine and an additional side poutine. I ended up getting a fish sandwich with fries, nothing else. The employees there need to give there head a shake if it’s that difficult to know fish from chicken and completely leave out half the order.

Kelseys used to be a staple for me and my friends in the late 90's to early 2000's in Edmonton. We lost this gem in Western Canada years ago. I was so pumped to see one while visiting Ottawa. Brought back lots of great memories and the food was just as on point as it was 20 years ago!

Went out to dinner with my sons. Originally was going to the Market place location as a week prior I had went for the first time. I wanted my children to enjoy good food.
The menus are the same, however the quality is not. I order the same dish, drink and appetizer as at the other location. The cheese was hardly melted on the spinach cheese dip, my drink was bland only tasting of ice and I had to have my main course reheated. Even still the plate was hotter then the food.
My son order a chicken burger and the portion of chicken was embarrassingly small and not breaded how he had ordered.
I do not recommend this location.

I was there today, sat by the bar counter and spent 15-20 minutes and no one came to talk to me. I totally understood that there was a group of more than 10 people having dinner (so very busy). I left but there was a white couple coming and I sat in my car for about 3 or 5 minutes and by the time I checked out the window someone was already talking to them and taking their orders. Am black so make your own conclusion. Thanks for your service

Will not be ordering from here again. These ribs were so tough and inedible. They were rubbery and not fall off the bone. Spent 50 bucks on ribs and didn’t eat any of them. Gross.

Good food. Prices have gone up exceptionally. A half order of nachos (+beef) and 1-lb wings with 1 piece of garlic toast and a Pepsi was $48+tip (this week).. not sure I see the value for money here anymore. Likely will not be returning to Kelsey’s.

So delicious, really fast and polite service. We ordered the four cheese dip appetizer and two entrees fried chicken and the balsamic chicken. All the choices were so tasty 10/10. I highly recommend this restaurant
