I attended an Open air Social club event so it may be different than the day to day business. Its a great backdrop for a bar that's for sure, the bar staff are friendly and the DJs rock the place.

I love this place! Best view in the city - directly across from the beautiful Centre Block. They had a dance party under the stars tonight after 10:00 pm - Electric Circus style. What a blast! :D
The patio was nice and good selection of beers but the food was way overpriced for what you get.
Edit: I was overcharged... a several dollars. (the waitress "manually" added up the bill)
It’s about the view and location. It is literally across the street from the Peace Tower. Food is ok. But just ok. The menu is whimsical and is named after political people or parties. Used to have an indoor spot but now seems to be just the patio. Unsure what happens in winter.
Not much wrong with the food or the serving size, it's mostly to do with the price. Most entre's are $12.99 with options to add on to them and the food you get is a fraction of what you would expect for that price. I had a Caesar salad, which was listed at $12.99, and to add chicken to it was anot
I was surprised at how bad it was here. It cost me 28$ for a beer served in a plastic cup, a dry and bland chicken sandwich with a tasteless sad salad with a balsamic vinegrette made with the cheapest ingredients out there! Service was ok although when they ask how it was and I just said it was o.k.
