. It seems regular crust which I chose out of thin is pretty thin. The ingredients where very light in quantity and cheese just covered the pizza. It was tasty but, I don’t find the value in and extra Large for $36 with tip. I really would like to see a place make pizza with thick and dressed like a pizza should be. It seems it difficult to get good value and good fast food these days.

I love their pizza. I think if you want a good step up from the chain places, pick this place. I usually get the delivery cause they have 2 delivery guys that are kinda good looking too. I haven’t ventured out to many pizza places cause this one is just good 🍕😊

Your bus driver. I was looking for a pizza place that wasn’t part of a chain. I found Milanos and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pizza crust, the cheeses and the pepperoni. Service was quick and very friendly. My pizza was ready in ten minutes and was a true delight to eat.
Ignore the negative comments as I doubt they are from real customers.

Over priced food that’s poorly made, clearly tell they’re just tryna make a quick buck not caring about the customer’s needs…re-train or hire new cooks because what I received wasn’t the $20 nachos I paid for. It’s just chips and pizza sauce, there is so much sauce that chips became mushy and wet (not what I ordered) last time I checked nachos are suppose to be crunchy not wet. taking this my first trying something other that your French fries and I must say….pretty disappointed!!. tried calling the store buddy on the phone could care less, totally not worth $20

Ordered the other night. The pizza was good and did have lots of toppings. I did ask for regular crust and ended up with thin crust which was fine, but the garlic sauce is from Heinz which was very disappointing.

I ordered a medium canadian pizza. It was so thin and definitely not double cheese. The wings were under done and next to no sauce was sposed to get a free deep fried Mars bars and the we not with our horrible order.
I will never order from here again..

Good Gluten free crust is hard to find, and Milano’s pizzas gluten free crust is not only delicious but there’s no premium!!! Which is super appreciated. And to top it all off, great customer service over the phone. I know where to get good gluten free pizza from now on. Thanks!

Just tried your vegan pizza and it was AMAZING! Not only was the pizza delicious, but the staff was so kind (over the phone and in person). The delivery driver braved the freezing rain/icy sidewalks and was still so friendly and positive. Thank you Milano Pizza!!! :)

Pizza is always delicious no matter what Milano I go to. I live directly beside of the one on Kirkwood/Merivale. I love the Donair platters. And I make deep fried pickles at home, so I usually grab a few deep fried pickles sauces from the Milano when I make them. Milano is on my top 5 for amazing take out places in Ottawa.

I've ordered a pizza from here before and it was great! HOWEVER... tonight I ordered 2 subs and they came completely wet and soggy. I know sauce can sometimes get messy, but completely soggy bread is kinda gross =(

I ordered a bacon & cheese pizza from kemptville and got a pepperoni one instead.. I dont eat pepperoni and dont like it at all. When calling back, was told that they didnt believe what we ordered yet we order there once a week religiously and the same cheese and bacon. Then we were told sorry nothing we can do. Now that being said, will I order there again... maybe... maybe not!! The person on the phone was not very pleasant nor helpful. Problem is... I didnt get what I PAID for or what I wanted. Thanks but no thanks.
