Yum! Ordered for takeout and wasn't expecting to get kimchi, rice and sauce with it. They even threw in a couple mandu that I did not order! The food was so delicious! I loved all of the seafood in the Haemool-pajeon (seafood pancake) and the portions were huge! It was my first time trying Kimchi Ji-Gae and I also found it delicious. There were just some pretty large pork chunks so maybe breaking it up would make it easier to eat. The order came well packaged and I was very satisfied with my meal! Leftovers will definitely last me a few days :)
The beef bibimbap was absolutely delicious and I’d order it again on my next visit. Our meals also came with miso soup and pancakes, which was a pleasant surprise! Will gladly recommend Korean House to my friends & family 😋
Love everything about this all you can eat Korean BBQ restaurant. The meat and seafood are fantastic, love all the sides, very friendly and efficient service.
Wonderful interactive Korean BBQ house. What they lack in the decor is made up for in service and quality. Ventilation needs improvement as when they have all tables occupied, it can get a touch smoky.
Highly recommend for family, date night, colleague outing or friends get-together. NOTEI they do provide high chairs! #localguide
I was very impressed with this restaurant.
From main dish to side dishes, they were all delicious with right taste and quality. I throughly enjoyed my meal.
The staffs were also very friendly.
Korean-approved!
Came here for dinner and did the all you can eat BBQ. The service was great, and all the food was fantastic. We tried a bit of everything, and it was all good, the squid was actually quite tender which is rare at a lot of all you can eat places, it can tend to be tough and chewy.
Only complaint was that the price was $2-3 more per person than the price listed on their website. So it is on the pricey side, but still worth it in my opinion.
Favourite place for Korean food! I’ve been coming here for a few years now and whether it’s takeout or dining in, the quality of food is the same and it’s delicious. Their seafood pancakes are massive and worth the price you pay (it’s more expensive than places like Alirang but trust me when I say they are loaded with seafood and there’s enough to feed 3-4 ppl as an appetizer). Bibimbap, bulgogi and the kimchi gamjatang are our usual dishes. Highly recommend!
Honestly one of the best Korean restaurants in Ottawa. Having come from Korea myself, I enjoyed all the food, and I enjoyed the way Canada has the ability to express so many cultures in a way that feels like home when one enters the country. Staff and employees were terrific and extremely kind! Keep up the amazing work!
