Fantastic spot, amazing prices for high quality food. Located at Moodie and Robertson road in Bell's Corners,. They have the Best Egg Rolls in the city. I would highly recommend a visit
I try to get down to Welcome Back once a week if I can. Each order of food is made fresh and is most tasty. The egg rolls are excellent as are all the luncheon specials. I go for the food and not the price, which is very reasonable. Unless you are real snob or purist, you will enjoy your meal.
A "Canadian" Chinese restaurant. Food is tasty, never been disappointed, prices reasonable, efficient for pick up orders (always on stated time). Reliable place for those quick dinner nights.

BUT. I like it, BUT.... This restaurant was recommended to me by someone as "The best Chinese ever". I could hardly pass that up, though I was skeptical. And rightfully so. Their menu is very lacking and has only half the options a Chinese restaurant normally has. I would definitely agree with a previous poster, and say that this is a Chinese restaurant for Canadians who don't crave authentic Chinese. Here's my two cents based on what we ordered:
Sweet and sour chicken balls - no sour. Good chicken, ok crispy-ish outer, but the sauce was only sweet
Almond Guy Ding - delicious, would order this again. Though it's nothing special, it does taste quite good.
Egg rolls - Very good. Meaty, sort of crispy, quite good. Would order this again.
Fried rice - not at all dry, decent
Spare ribs - Delicious. Large with lots of meat on them, definitely worth it. Would definitely order these again.
General Tao Chicken - very meh. Not very flavourful, very generic, with very few veggies or anything added.
Their menu is not online, but when you go in and order it's not long before you have your food. The restaurant was half full and there was a take-out order before mine, and I only waited 9 minutes.
Super well priced, pretty good food. Can't complain.

Good Canadian Chinese food. Excellent egg rolls. I called for take out and the staff was nice. The dining room seats about 100 people. Short drive from kanata. I will choose this restaurant again
Always order my Chinese food here and have been doing it since the 90's. The quality and taste are great and the prices not bad.

I'm super picky when it comes to ordering Chinese food and always skeptical when ordering from new Chinese food places.
