The location is fairly easy to access, parking can be a little bit tough. Other then that walk inside 407 Laurier and it's just straight ahead in the food court.
Good burgers and frys. Fair price.

I cannot believe I didn't find this place sooner! Poutine was 5/5. Hospitality was great, they accept tips and make great food. Will definitely return! Oh and for the price you get nearly double the quantity. A poutine that costs $12 at New York Fries in Rideau vs Manhattan $12 poutine you get waaaay more fries and gravy

More people need to be aware of this place. It's absolutely a hidden gem. The burgers are generous portions for what you pay, and the patty is so soft. All ingredients are tasty and fresh. Served quickly, and a nice seating area nearby.

Amazing and tasty burgers,I would say the best in town,so juicy and delicious,you would enjoy the taste and flavor for a while after your meal,they do serve halal meat.fantastic service and fresh meat.

Friendly service and you can tell they're proud to have the longest line in the food court! Don't let a bit of a line scare you though, they really keep the queue moving quickly.

The folks at Manhattans are always hopping and do so with a smile. This takeout counter is busy from when it opens to closing time. If you love a hearty breakfast, or crave a juicy burger, this is just the ticket. Tons of options and made fresh to order. Well priced to boot : )<br/>Highly calorific so my visits are few and far between but I have enjoyed everything I've tried.

Slater/Kent Manhattan's - Horrible Service. GARBAGE! I frequently visit this location as I work in the building and the service is just horrible. I constantly have to wait 10 minutes or over for just a simple breakfast sandwich, even when it is not really busy. They also tend to serve people that come after you for some reason like they somehow forget that you ordered something as you stand there in frustration. Me and my co-worker once waited close to 30 minutes for breakfast again while they gave food to several people that placed orders after we did. The food is good but since the service is so bad it is hard to enjoy your meal afterwards. I will not be returning as I have had enough of this place.

Sienfeld looking place and amazing fries. Going into the 360 Laurier Ave West was a bit questionable. Heard that they have a number of places around Ottawa and one in Toronto, but yet this one was rather small. But even with the lack of space they clearly have, it almost felt like eating at a stereotypical New York itself. There were about five tables that looks like it was in the 90s and scattered newspapers on a couple of them, the kitchen and the menu was pushed to the front of the customers' view, so when first going in that what's you're greeting with (this setting looked like it could have been in a Seinfeld episode).<br/>The meal itself was alright, I think since I was new there, I chose the wrong things. I got one of their signature combos, but a few other people after me got the simple burgers and fries, I probably should have gone with that. The signature burgers are not worth the extra money for, I think the original burgers are much more better. The fries however were amazing, even their homemade seasoning too. So definitely try it out and go for the basic meals instead of the random signature ones, it'll be cheaper and worth the money.

Stay away!!!! Went at lunch.... Stay away!!!!<br/>Went at lunch for a Popeyes salad, first of all they added strawberries... Which are not listed as an ingredient, secondly they did not put bacon in it like its supposed to have and they skimped on the chicken. They used walnuts instead of almonds, and the tomatoes and onions were on their last legs.. Definitely not fresh!!! Will never go back again

Poutine lovers. I've only ever had their poutine and it is hands down the best in town. The gravy is delicious and they use real cheese curds. That along with the fresh fries is a match made in heaven... now if only they weren't so bad for you.

Great burgers. The burgers at Manhattan are made to order. Very generous portions too. Price is very reasonable. <br/><br/>PS. Their breakfast is also very generous...more than I can eat some mornings. When I'm not too hungry, I ask them to not give me so many home fries. 2 eggs over easy, bacon or 3 sausages, toast, coffee or tea, home fries for only about $6.75.

Great Burger! Better than Works and Hintonburger!!!. Went to this place on the recommendation of co-worker after a bad experience at Hintonburger. Priced rights, delicious burgers, nice fries and good service. Quite busy but burgers are some of the best in town! Definitely recommended!!!

Nom nom nom. Totally worth the walk over from World Exchange. Good sized burger that fills you but not so much that you are in a food coma when you get back to the office. Get the seasoning on the fries! The ketchup packets are Heinz, but the ketchup in the self-serve bottle is not.

Great Burgers. Seriously hard to believe it. It is a lunch only food court burger place but I seriously think its better than the Works (price and quality) and Hintonburger (quality). Reminds me of Shake Shack NYC!

On Friday for lunch I made a return trip to Manhattan's Handmade Burgers ( 407 Laurier Avenue West, Ottawa ) but to a different location from last time . On my last visit to a Manhattan's I noted that the burgers themselves were pretty good with the fries rivalling Swiss Chalet despite claiming to be handmade. Would this location, across the street and a block away in a food court from the previous, do better, worse or the same Let's find out. I visited the Minto Place Food Court ( located on the Northwest corner of Laurier Avenue West & Kent Street ) to find the Manhattan's. My wife accompanied me on this visit, but had already had lunch and had already previously visited this Manhattan's location previously. We arrived at 12:50 P.M. to find the food court, as you would expect in the downtown of any nation's capital, full of government workers on lunch.
