After 30 years when I worked downtown and would order frequently from here I moved into the area and decided to try it again. Not disappointed! I called ahead for a special to pick up, it was just coming out of the oven as I arrived on time. Delicious, just as I remembered. A great rediscovery !!
These guys are one of the best pizza spots in Centretown (in my personal Top 3 for sure). Everything is fresh and their prices are also competitive. I'm going to pick some up in a few minutes, actually :)

Best pizza in Ottawa! Hands down! I can personally say everything here is authentic and properly made. The dough is made from scratch, the toppings are fresh vegetables and meats that are cut by the employees (not pre cut and boxed like the majority of places). This is no cookie cutter business! So if you’re use to cookie cutter pizza like the people who gave poor reviews this place isn’t for you. But if you want fresh ingredients and properly made pizza do not hesitate ordering from here. Customer service is excellent and attention to detail is incomparable. Isabella pizza for the win if you want pizza made by those who care. Oh did I mention burgers are freshly made from real meats and the list goes on. The majority of poor reviews on this page are clearly a personal cry for help. It’s unfair that these people would attack a hard working family owned business during covid just because they got 50 green peppers instead of 52. I don’t mean to be that guy calling people out on Google reviews especially if their opinion is validated but I surely don’t respect anyone who uses Google reviews as a way to put great businesses down so they can use it as leverage to get deals on food. I have been ordering from here for years and the pizza has only got better and better. Let your taste buds do the talking and order so you can provide your own opinion!

I had one of my most amazing experiences with this place! After a while, I could smell the real pizza. Their pizzas have tastes and are w rather than those franchised no-good pizzas all over the country. I tried their “House” special.
This has been my Dad's favourite pizza in Ottawa for a number of years and his office orders from Isabella Pizza all the time. I understand why now. The pizza is absolutely outstanding! The pizza was cooked to perfection with lots of toppings and I got a couple of garlic dips and you could really taste the garlic...was delicious. This was an incredible first experience and I loved everything about their food and the price was so reasonable.
Great pizza, good (and tasty) sauce and toppings. The Italian is the one I usually get. They don't skimp on the toppings.
Chicken wings with hot sauce were good, could be a little crispier (but that might just be personal taste). Will try and add a note next time to see if they can make these a little crispier.
As an added plus, they will endeavour to make sure your order is good to go and exact!

Wanted to try a new spot, fell in love with this place after first bite. I can see how they have been in business for almost 70 years. Pizza delicious, toppings are on point and full of flavor sauce has a touch of sweetness. Crush is light and fluffy we have now found out new favorite pizza in the Ottawa area.
Isabella Pizza is the only pizzeria where you can eat home made pizza, their sauce is the best sauce on a pizza our family have tasted.
Its worth every dollar and distance we drive to pick up our pizza, they have super friendly staff and professional. Good environment while waiting for your order.
This is our fifth time there in few months and its our pizza spot for Pizza.

Ottawa is oversaturated with thick crust pizza and while this isn't always a bad thing I really missed the more thin crust pizza I grew up with back home. Isabella pizza is super tasty and a little different than most pizza you'll get in Ottawa. It definitely hits the spot and reminds me of the pizza I was searching for. The prices are fair and the portions are big. I'd definitely recommend this spot
