The store is very nice and modern. However it’s really small and doesn’t carry many organic products and has a limited hot bar selection. On top of that, the store is so so so cold towards the back, that the fruits and vegetables never have a chance to ripen

Love Farm Boy. This outlet is small but has a wide assortment of groceries and cooked food!

Great little store. All the necessities here. Limited selection but good given the size of the shop. Cashiers could be friendlier but what can you expect from minimum wage earners dealing with a Rideau Street clientele.

A most welcome addition to the downtown Ottawa food scene! This store is small and the aisles are tight, but it still manages to stock most of the grocery items you need to purchase each week. I also use the fresh salad bar as an alternative to the mall food court.

Farm boy has good products, excellent service. You really feel like as the customer your opinion counts as your looked after beyond what you would expect often.

This is not a huge store. Though it has the essentials and more. The store brand products are excellent. The staff are friendly enough, it's 2022 - I'm just happy they aren't on their phones. The produce is good and they have ready made meals.

Always a consistently good experience here. Staff are more helpful than I'd expect. It means a lot! Checkout is fairly fast, and when the line becomes long staff are aware and a new check is opened.

This wee Farm Boy is exceptional. Fully stocked and staffed by efficient and personable staff who are approchable and friendly. I have been in 3 times and once encountered a frightening line up BUT voilá! I was on the other side in 5 minutes, groceries checked and on my way.
