Very nice service. Music is at a reasonable volume. Large windows with natural light. Lovely lighting throughout. Happy hour Tuesday 2pm - 5pm. Food is delicious and fresh. The cashew chicken lettuce wraps are delish as is the smashed guacamole.

Celebrated at Moxies...food was fabulous and our attendant Gabrielle was amazing! Super friendly and attentive. Love the fact they cater so well to food allergies Surprise dessert was also A+++. Great touch!! Thank you!! Looking forward to going back :)

Great dinner! Varied menu options, generously portioned meals, and friendly service. Chicken Madeira Rigatoni was AMAZING, and the scoop of lime sorbet in the G&T was SO good!

An awesome experience by an awesome attendant "Jay". Walked us through the menu with exact details that surely made us make the best choice for a Birthday Dinner. Was able to impress my better half with the experience we received today. I feel Moxie's made justice to our cravings for good food. Dishes ordered: Tempura, Baby Back Ribs, Beverage was Monday special( Shake and Lime Margarita) Dessert (White chocolate Brownie with Ice cream). I am surely going for the Ribs again. The Dining experience surely exceeded our expectations in safety service and quality.

Delicious food. We ordered the calamari, soup of the day (roasted poblano pepper), cheeseburger, and tuna poke bowl. Very satisfied with the taste, temperature and presentation. SInce we were celebrating my friend’s pregnancy, we also got a free dessert, which was very nice. However, the entire restaurant smelled like food. It was as if their exhaust was not working, so every few minutes, we would get a very strong whiff of garlic, meat, fries, or whatever was cooking. It was very nauseating. And worst of all, I got home and my clothes and hair reek like food, as if I had been the one in the kitchen. Yuck!

Dinner for two booked in advance via their website reservation system. Table was ready for us with flawless service by the hostess and the wait staff. 2 glasses of wine + 2 steak dinners. Pictured is my sirloin with mashed potatoes, grilled vegetables and I added the garlic shrimp. Food quality was excellent although everything seemed really salty. Is that an effect of not eating out in over 2 years? Also, there was a meager serving of vegetables. I would have preferred 3x as much veg for $30.

Food Was great. Service was good. It was just two of us and we ordered apps and shared. It was plenty for both of us. The flavors were so good. We had the chicken lettuce wraps and sushi tuna something LoL

Update - A good restaurant, a bit $$$ but, certainly worth trying. The food was well presented, tasty, and sufficiently filling. The staff was engaging and provided a prompt service. We will certainly return. We returned on 2022-03-15 with my daughter this time. Again, we had a wonderful dinner. The staff is trully plaisant and the food was very good. In all, a recommandable restaurant,

The service was not bad, but their fries sucked. I ordered a mushroom burger with fries. They were really cold. The server took it and brought. Some more out. This time there were a few hot ones on top., but that was it. Underneat it was still cold.i just never bothered to say anything.

It was such a pleasure eating here! Love the ambiance with the differents seats seating! The food was amazing! As a starter, my boyfriend and I got the calamari...I still still about how good it was. Then, we got the chicken & ribs and the salmon salad...super good! I did not like how the salmon salad was plated (did not look appetizing), but it was super good! Our server Vanesa (if I remember her name right) was very friendly and attentive! Can't wait to go back!

Service was great. Server was super enthousiaste (but not overly/fake). The food was delicious. Our shared entrée was Tuna poke in a jar.... amazing I almost ordered a second one because I loved it so much. :) Steaks were great along with the sides and dessert was also delicious. Every time I eat at Moxie's I'm not disappointed.

Not very impressed with the service...or lack there of. Our party of 8 was moved from a round booth to a high top where we couldn't really fit. Very uncomfortable. Tokk us over 15 minutes to tet pur drink order once we settled in. Two of my friends ordred caesar cocktails and they showed up without garnish. They asked for the garnish and it showed up at the table on a plate 20 minutes later. Had to ask twice for cutlery. Service industry has really gone down hill and i would not go back to that location.

Went Saturday night with the in-laws for the first time at this location and everything was perfect from beginning to end. Our server was Mike and we sat at table 37. Mike constantly went above and beyond and made the amazing food even more enjoyable!!

I will continue to go but for the second time my beer order was forgotten- which would have led to another glass of wine and bigger tip��

Great Experience! Our server Alex Charlebois was on her game�. Always a friendly smile with a Great sense of humour. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious.�. Friday night I came here and it was my first time at a Moxie's. I was quite excited to try it but it was an unfortunate disappointing first experience. It took maybe 10 minutes after we sat down for the waitress to come by, it was 1130 at night and there was 2 other tables. Then it took another 10 minutes after she came to bring the food menu. There was people at the bar that I assumed was working there but off their shift having a drink, which is cool and all but one of them was so loud and kept yelling across the place and kept turning the music way too loud and playing the same rap song at least 5 times in 20 minutes. Then I ordered the blackened chicken burger which tasted great and the cheddar brocolie soup tastes like flour and was pretty close to being cold. I know it was late at night but I would imagine that a place like this that I heard so many great things about would have a certain level of standards in regards to how they present themselves to customers. I'm willing to give Moxie's another try but maybe not this location again.

Just want to say thank you to the Staff at Moxies Orleans as they provided exceptional service, the Manager and our server JP Hamelin who was fantatsic, my family and i thank you. Our New Years Day dinner was delicious and the drinks were awesome. Will be going back there again soon.

Ambience is great if you like a chill place. Food is hit and miss but service and management are consistently out of touch with basic customer service expectations. I go to lots of Moxies. This location is sub par. The owner is not aware of how staff attitude behaviors affect service. Its unfortunate. Some of the waitresses behave like spoiled children if they are disturbed for something.

Had a business lunch here. Good food with reasonable prices. Great atmosphere with relaxing setting. Food portions are small but tasty. Good Eats

Smaller portions than before, if that's even possible. Get ready to add extra meat to pretty much any dish if you're a bit hungry.<br/>Very disappointed. We keep giving them more chances because aside from the size, the dishes are pretty tasty, but it sucks to leave hungry.

I love the service, food and ambiance of this location. I always get the seared tuna salad. It is so fresh and the portion is huge. To wash it down, I love their version of a gin and tonic called the GT.I would have given this 5 stars but every time I call to make reservations the girls on the phone have major issues. The last time I tried to make a reservation I was on the phone for over ten minutes and put on hold three times!

Eight of us were out for a family dinner early on the last Tuesday in June. I can say that the atmosphere  was terrific and the seating was super comfortable but that is where the positives end. I ordered the beef dip thinking they would have a fresh roast beef in the kitchen or at the very least a cold roast and freshly slice it and warm it up on the flat top. How terribly  wrong I was. From reading the menu they advertise fresh plates from a new chef overseeing the food. This was not my experience. My beef dip came on a warm pretzel bun but the meat was overdone tough and cold in spots leading me to believe that it was pre packaged and microwaved to order. The meat was dreadfully under seasoned and the dip had little flavor that even the salt shaker could not cure. I opted for a different side since I am not much for frozen french fries so went with the stuffed potato. The skin was inedible, hard and the  mashed stuffing had a cream cheese taste and texture that was just unappealing. These  were not made fresh and were dry and had to have been sitting for a long period of time. My wife went for the pasta lobster dish and again the pasta was mushy and overdone. Service was also lacking at the end of our meal three plates were removed then a ten minute wait another three were removed another ten minute wait then two plates remained on the table until we left the restaurant. I have eaten at the Moxies Hunt Club and now the Orleans location and can say this chain is a below average when it comes to the food. More flash with no substance.

TERRIABLE SERVICE, WORST MANAGEMENT. I love going to Moxies, but my family and I usually go to the glouster location in blair, but thought we would give the innes location a chance because its closer to my mother inlaws house and easier for her to get too. <br/><br/>Long story short, we had made a reservation for my mother in laws birthday, but when we got there, they said we didnt ... This wasn't even the worst part. The GM came over to talk to us, but he was not welcoming or friendly at all!! If anything he was intimidiating and made my family and I feel uncomfortable. He talked in a rude manner and walked away as I was trying to talk to him. Who in the right mind would give this man a managerial position. I was so disgusted by the way my family and I were treated we walked straight out of there and to the Blair location where they were very welcoming and accomadating.<br/><br/>I would not reccomend this place primeraly based on the way the GM treated my family and I. I would not return here.

Chipotle mango chicken. Moxies is my favourite restaurant but that chipotle mango chicken needs to go !!! It was terrible couldn't eat it at all, the menu description of it is the most deceiving thing since Judas. I never review restaurants but I had to share it was bad bad experience.

Awesome Meal with outstanding service. We do not go to Moxies often in fact only have only been there once for lunch. My husband and I went on Friday night for dinner as we had a gift card and thought to hang with the hip crowd for a change. We ordered a sushi appetizer and two different cuts of steak. The steak was the best we have ever had and the service outstanding. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the entire menu and assisted with our selections. We were pleasantly surprised and had a lovely evening and are eager to go again! I will be sharing our experience with all our family and friends as we were very impressed. Thanks for a great evening out!

Overpriced and overcooked. Months ago we said that we would not return because of the quality of food, overcooking and presentation. Went with my wife this evening and sure enough, same old, same old. Asked for medium rare steak and got almost well done. Steak was tough, dry and tasteless. Presentation was terrible and vegetables looked like yesterdays left overs. Will not return.

Very Disappointed. I've been to Moxie's many times because I enjoy the ambiance and the food, even though it is somewhat overpriced. Apart from great service by our waiter, the experience this past weekend was underwhelming. The margherita pizza tasted very ordinary (not like a margherita pizza should) and I actually had a mouthful of mould as I was finishing. The meatless nachos were far from worth the $17 price and the Bloody Caesar's were so filled with ice that there wasn't much room for the actual drink.

4 of us went here for supper and most were happy.But beware of the seafood linquini they say half lobster tail but should say half small scampi .Very little flavour with this dish compared to most other places I have tried. Apparantly salmon dish was good.For price paid not to exciting.Our server was very good.<br/><br/><br/>-----26 Oct, 2014-----<br/><br/>Called here this am to find out time opened and at 11am went there with my wife and grandson for brunch just to be told it would be at least one more hout because computers were down.You would think they could of offered us service with cash accepted but no man at door said not allowed when computers down.Sad to be that depended on tech.

Very good! highly recommended. My husband and I went there for our 20th wedding anniversary. We felt welcomed as soon as we walked through the doors. The hostess immediately sat us in a spacious booth and told us that Eli would be our server. <br/><br/>He reluctantly came over right as the hostess left and introduced himself with a smile. I appreciated the fact that he was able to walk us through the menu and recommend dishes that we had never eaten before. He put on a diner and a show, making the whole experience humourous and eventful.<br/><br/>As diner came to an end he surprised my husband and I with a dessert in celebration of our wedding anniversary. We could not have asked for better food or service! I highly recommend this place to anyone!

WOW!. Celebrated my husbands birthday with dinner at Moxie's on Innes tonight. From the chicken wing appetizer to the Trio desert to share (recommended by our server), the food was fantastic. We both had steak dinners, and they were perfectly cooked and all the trimmings were fabulous. The service (Sarah M) was impeccable! Just the right amount of attendance, and camaraderie! A little loud at first, but we would definitely come back again, only a little later in the evening when the dining room was a little more quiet. Thank you to our server who really made the whole experience wonderful!

On par. I would say this location is on-par with other Moxie's locations that I've enjoyed (Kanata Centrum is comparable - I didn't enjoy the Bayshore one so much). Spacious, great ambience and lovely decor. Very attentive service and food was great as usual. No complaints here.

Horrible. We went to this location on a sunday night and had a couple of drinks. <br/><br/>Service was extremely slow when there were fewer than 10 people in the restaurant.<br/><br/>When we received the bill, the prices were different from the menu. Waitress didn't apologize and took a long time to get the manager. Manager was rude, did not apologize and instead gave the excuse that the menu was an old menu and that she would not change the bill. <br/><br/>Definitely not going again.

Overpriced and bland. I've gone ot Moxie's on two separate occasions, neither by will of my own, but because each time someone was celebrating a birthday there. Both times I've been left unimpressed. The first time I ordered some unmemorable salmon salad. It was the skinniest portion of salmon I've ever seen, unmarinated and it tasted fishy and definitely not fresh. The salad was devoid of any vegetables/garnishing but some bland rice noodles that they threw on so it didn't look so much like what it was: a sliver of salmon on some lettuce. The second time I ordered the chipotle mango chicken. Sounded fun, thought I'd give it a whirl. It was literally chipotle powder on a piece of unripened mango with chicken on the side. The menu also said there would be some salsa; it didn't lie.. there was salsa.. maybe a teaspoon's worth hidden under the chicken with some smushed avocado.. I wouldn't have known it was there unless I'd moved the chicken. The vegetables it came with tasted like grease and olive oil and the only good thing was the rice. For desert I tried a bite size brownie which was decent and the pecan cheesecake, which was the best part of the meal. I wouldn't have gotten the full size of either dessert. The wait staff were friendly enough and checked in often. All in all, tiny teeny portions and averaging about $16 a meal? Not worth it. I'd rather go to a food truck.

Professional and honest wait staff. I forgot my brand new $200.00+ Ray Bans at the Moxies Orleans location and only returned three days later to check if the my sunglasses were there. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had put my sunglasses aside for claiming. Kudos to the honest staff and Joel our waiter. Btw: food and drinks were very good as well, we'll be back Moxies!:)

Great evening out. Exceptional service by a server named Carlos, he made the night. Food was great, had the steak and it was cooked perfectly. Wife had the Tuna salad and she loved it.

Good food!. Surprisingly good entrees but pricey

No Good. Their broken bar stool pinched my thumb so badly that it left a mark. Overpriced food and beer. Small portions. Ignored by wait staff. Long wait. Booo, never again.

Hummmmmmm....bad. Valentine's day... Off to a good start..<br/>Great entrees, Calamary was delicious, especially the sauce. then the greens were good, to be expected for Moxies, then, the ginger sesame tuna was good....now for the bad part...I ordered a steak for my daughter, rare... It was blue, tough and full of nerves... Then, i got my streak! and it was tough, tasteless and not really good... my husband got the ribs, and they were tough, black underneath and he needed a heavy knife to get the meat......he got another dish for a replacement, and the spices were so strong, it did not taste like a burger....mmmmm, I have always been really satisfied with Moxies, but, this time, I was disapointed. we were all disapointed... <br/>I will give this place another chance eventually, but, it will take a while...

Slow service, pricy, small portions

Pleasantly Surprised. We went on a Tuesday before seeing a late movie at the theatre next door and thoroughly enjoyed our evening! I am usually indifferent towards Moxie's, but we had excellent service and great mels, including appetizers. We had an appetizer from the specials menu and it was good, but nowhere near as good as our meals. I had the chicken enchiladas, which were delicious, and my husband loved the shrimp tacos. As Tuesday is half price on glasses of wine, we had out own wine flights, based on recommendations from teh server. She was spot-on with all of them and one of mine (Mirassou Pinot Noir), I have since bought several times at the LCBO.<br/><br/>The ambience was great for a date-night, we were never rushed, but had friendly service in a timely manner and a great dinner. It wasn't a cheap meal, but was very reasonably priced for what we got!

Probably there once every couple of weeks for lunch ... Food is consistently good and the service from Julie is always excellent! I don't really go there for dinner because it's a little loud and not really kid friendly.

Not the best, not the worst. I wasn't too impressed when we came here for dinner. While my date's steak was cooked perfectly, mine was incredibly tough and overdone (con). They took my plate away to replace my dinner (pro) but left my dates - he ate alone while I waited for my dinner to be re-cooked (con.) By the time mine came out, done correctly this time (pro), he was finished and I had to eat alone (con). <br/><br/>The manager did come over and apologize (pro) and offered us free dessert (pro) which was nice. <br/><br/>All in all - it was ok. Service was great, but the food wasn't.

Had a great dinner tonight. Dane was an excellent server - personable yet not over bearing. He made great menu suggestions... All of which were delicious. He was a delight and even comped a beverage for me. Thanks Dane!

Came in because there was live music on the patio for a summer party, turns out my parents and their friends were there too! Ended up sitting and having dinner with them. My mother and I split the Asian salad and the fish tacos. We asked for the shrimp tacos and got their regular fish tacos by I believe a serve mistake but they were wicked anyways so no harm done, and the server offered to fix it but we insisted it was no problem. Our server, Amanda was great and after dinner my parents and there friends left and I stayed to meet some friends and she continued to serve us. My boyfriend and his friend had nachos that I admittedly snuck a few bites of and they were also good. Just normal but really good. Surprised by the excellent, attentive service. If there is live music on the patio again this summer I will be back! The two guys they had playing were perfect :)

It's great until you say anything. I have frequented Moxie's many times, and for the most part have enjoyed the service, food etc. This evening after a lovely day we decided to spend time on the patio, and asked for a couch. We sat, had drinks, and had a lovely time as ever...great attentive waitress, you know the usual pleasant time. <br/>When we got up to leave, oops hate to be really honest but in the cool air our buts cooled off they and they were soaked...the cushions were not completely dry,and in the time we were there had wet our behinds. <br/>Big deal I thought,but bring it to the attention of the staff so that the next person...perhaps a first date! Might not end up the same.<br/>Wow! Next time I won't bother, it was received appallingly, accusatory and honestly so very rudely. Management stepped in, which honestly did nothing...had the receptionist had the good grace and training to acknowledge the concern it would have been simply resolved. <br/>Poor result over such a simple issue...sometimes if we listen we grow!

GREAT SERVICE!!!! - JUSTIN-. I simply wanted to take the time to write and express my satisfaction with our experience at MOXIE’S Innes Orleans yesterday May 29, 2013. <br/><br/>Our waiter Justin, not only explained to us the menu, but took the time to inform us of the new summer menu arriving in two weeks, and made our dining experience one to remember. <br/><br/>My spouse was looking forward to her “Taco” and Justin gave us GREAT alternatives seeing as the Beef Tacos is no longer on the MOXIE’S menu this simply to name one of many incidents where Justin was very accommodating. <br/><br/>Justin, was charismatic, pleasant, knowledgeable, funny and you could tell he wanted to be there and passionate about his job. <br/><br/>I understand that serving your customers, knowing the menu, shaking the martinis insuring that the clients are satisfied is part of the job description, but Justin in my opinion went over and beyond to make our night truly spectacular. <br/><br/>How many times does one get home after a dining experience and still talks about how Justin at MOXIE’S was fantastic? <br/><br/>Sincerely, <br/><br/>Alicia Morin Daoust and Nathalie Lalonde

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. What a great experience we had at the Orleans, Innis Road, Moxie's. We were in the area visiting family and six of us attended the restaurant for dinner. The whole experience was wonderful. What a Classy Establishment! We were greeted at the door by pleasant, warm and welcoming staff. All the staff were impeccably dressed and acted very professionally. The atmosphere was up-beat and positive, just a great place to be. <br/>Our waiter(Hassan) was so polite and knowledgeable. He helped us decide our menu choices by pointing out the details of our meal selections. We felt like royalty, Hassan attended to our every need. All six of us ordered a different dish and every one of us enjoyed our meal immensely. The meals were all cooked to perfection and the presentations were spectacular. Our compliments and thanks to the chef and his staff. Great job!!! <br/>It was an extreemly enjoyable experience and we highly recommend this establishment. We'll be back....

Horrid!. I visited this restaurant today for lunch with a friend. There was no<br/>hostess at the front so we ended up waiting for someone to<br/>acknowledge us. Eventually someone came to seat us but did not seem<br/>to know what she was doing as she sent us back to the hostess desk and<br/>helped the people behind us. Someone else then came, cleaned off some<br/>tables, seated us and said our server would be with us shortly.<br/>No server ever showed up. After waiting close to 30 minutes we decided<br/>to leave and no one seemed to notice.

We are currently at Moxie's in Orleans and are being served by a server named Rihanna ... I really hope the food is better than the service. Come on! I know the waitress have to be good looking to work here, but they also have to know the basics on how to serve food. Come on!

Great Service as usual. I read some of the other reviews and thought I should provide my feedback. The food is great and the atmosphere is by far the most urban you will find in Orleans. The main reason I enjoy going to Moxie's Orleans is that the staff are really friendly and accommodating. You can sit and have a drink anywhere, however how you are served makes all the difference and that is why I keep coming back to this location.

Excellent Service!!. Had a meal on Friday afternoon. When the steak arrived it was overcooked. The waiter promptly removed it to have it remade which we were satisfied with. Shortly after the manager came to our table to apologise and tell us the meal would be comped!! We did not ask for or expect this and were very happy to be treated so well since we certainly did not look like VIPs!! I worked in the restaurant business for 25 years and it was nice to know that the customer matters at this establishment no matter who they are!!!

You have to try the beef vindalu. I didn't like the steak, and the burger is awful.

Company Holiday Luncheon. Nice location with plenty of parking for everyone. The atmosphere was great and so was the service. Unfortunately, the food was horrible! Everyone disliked their main course from the menu. We would only recommend their appetizers where were delicious.

This place is horrible if your looking for good food! The food we ordered was so salty we couldn't finished it!! Wouldn't go back... They couldn't give that food away of they wanted to.

Moxies Innes Road. Terrible service. Staff are gorgeous but have only tips in mind. Food is good but be prepared to wait. Manager is nothing more than a bus boy but appears pleasant and wants you to come back but has no control on staff. Any recommendation is heard but no action is taken. Would never return to this location but other locations seem to be alright

Good sometimes, sometimes not...... I like Moxie's, its close and has decent food, well most of the time. It seems to depend on the day. One day the dish is made with everything it states on the menu and others not. NO consistency. After going a few times I'm a little bored with the menu. Although the Thai Chicken Salad is pretty good.

Great manager. I am a young professional and I always had a great experience with the food and staff. The manager RC really took care of me, I really appreciated that fact his attention to detail. He noticed a mistake and without me even motioning it, he take of it right away personality. I was really like his attitude and I would recommend going there again.

Food was very good but the atmosphere was like a dance bar. Music was too loud and the service was very impersonal. If the food wasn't so good the experience would have been terrible.

Not the best Moxie's. Overall I don't mind going to this Moxie's (it's close), but it isn't as good as others I have been too. The service is slow and the atmosphere is not great and it is so LOUD. Every time we go we basically have to yell to be able to hear each other. Other than that it's ok. We will go back because the food is good.

Super duper good. The problem with Moxies, and this applies to all locations, is it's a hot spot for Business Admin graduates looking to check out waitresses and "spit game" all night. Usually you can spot these unsavoury characters by their cheap ill fitting suits. Certainly avoid sitting lounge side. i waited over 45 minutes to get a booth in the dining room to avoid having these low life single losers stare at me and my date all night. The food itself was great, I had the Mosaic dip (10/10) followed by the Beef Vindaloo (8/10).

Great food. Went on a Tuesday night , and it was very busy. service was fast. we had to move tables because a engagement party showed up at 7, instead of 5.30 ( twenty somethings). they offered a free round for the inconvenience. <br/><br/>excellent wine! it is half price per glass on Tuesday.

Won't go back. Service was not attentive and when i made a comment how the food was not quite right, he didn't care and went n to say that was how it was supposed to be done and it was just his favourite...

Like many other grills, Moxie's offers a decent menu at a price that won't injure your wallet. What makes this place stand out, the decor and the friendly athmosphere. I will give it 9/10.
