I always look forward to my visits at Freshii Sparks! Katie and Jessie (as well as the other lovely employees whom I don't know their name), are so kind and generous! I've never had a bad experience at this Freshii; they always get my order right, they're fast, efficient, polite, helpful and honest.

Good food but a very confusing and slow system to order. Good ingredients will cost you a good penny...so beware.

Nothing special, the store only had one employee working the day I went so it was still a 5 min wait with one person in front of me. Like all freshii, you have the option to.make your own wrap or bowl. It is closet to parliment hill, so if you want a healthy quick bite, this could be an option.

This location needs more staff. Long waits and chaotic ordering system. I felt bad for the one young lady working alone. She seemed stressed out dealing with the line on her own. Anybody would... I love the taste of the food, and everything on their menu tastes extremely fresh and well prepared. Only complain is one of the staff members of very arrogant, and I didn’t really appreciate that when ordering. Other than that the food is amazing!

Came in today at around 2pm with my friends to get some food. I was going to use the washroom but was stopped by an employee. She said the washroom is for customers only.. I understand - COVID-19, downtown and all that. So I said: - Yes, sure, we're going to eat here, but I need to use the washroom
