So for a fast food place, this place ranks in the upper echelon for me. The food was good. The ingredients were mostly decent - except for the bacon which was almost all fat. The options were unlike any burger joint I’ve ever been to! (Check the menu pics)
The location is terrible in terms of access. The young man behind the counter provided customer service worthy of 5🌟!
Apparently one is opening closer to me in Barrhaven so will likely try again.

The food and service here is far better than the other Bergham location we visited in Ottawa. The presentation and taste was really good and was not as busy as it seemed. Small little shop that shares space with another store. The family really enjoyed their food and I ordered The Bergham as usual and was not disappointed

Ordered from here twice so far. The first time was a great experience, it was New Years and extremely but the young black guy working the cash was nice and patient. Second time was yesterday, store wasn’t busy but the guy at the front wasn’t as nice as the first guy I had serve me. I ordered two Philly cheesesteaks and it cost 30$ for just the sandwiches. They did not look like the ones I had before. I took one pic and saved two pictures a from someone else’s review. Theirs looks full and had peppers in it. Mine had soggy lettuce in it and no peppers :/Pics attached for reference.

One of the best food experiences in Montreal. And it's completely Halal. Amazing food and amazing people... However the wait time is insane they really need to expand their kitchen and staff.

I like the experience. Your fries are so sad. Pizzarias do better. Please work on your fries. Montreal based? And pretty lousy fries. There is really no need for me to finish the cook on the fries in my oven. That is what I do. Make Montreal proud and get your fries right. Semi cooked fries is shameful.

FINALLY a REAL filly cheese sandwich. By the time I got it home you could see through the paper bag it was soo juicy. First time eating there and it's turned me off subway and firehouse subs. BEST SANDWICHES IN THE CITY!

This is the best sandwich shop in the AO. This has the best prices, with the tastiest sauces you can get. They sauces are made in house, and the Algerian is insanely good. The maximum sandwich is well worth the price and would definitely recommend getting the combo for the best experience. However you must change your name since it does not serve u justice or explain what’s “gwanin”

Had my boyfriend go in with 2 minutes until close to fulfill my cheeseburger craving; when I tell you this is hands down the best burger i’ve had from anywhere in the Ottawa region. The customer service was 10/10 and the food was something i’m going to think about for a long time. Thanks so much!

Had a vegetarian wrap last night, first visit. It was quite tasty but needed something more firm inside (chickpeas? tofu?) to make it less soft and mushy, more toothsome.
Importantly, please make sure to keep the vegetarian orders separate on the grill. I found two small pieces of meat in my sandwich. Most vegetarians would be appalled.

Been eyeing this place since it opened, and this is the first opportunity I've had to visit. Why I put it off for so long, I'm not sure. Good things come to those who wait I suppose. One thing is for sure, this menu is GOOD. Planning my next visit already!

Awesome place! Food is delicious and very generous portions.. I've loved everything I've had! The only thing that was disappointing is their chicken burger, I wish they used real chicken breast, but other than that their sandwiches are amazing and the people there area always friendly! Would recommend to anyone
