Ordered the OCCO Brunch $18.00 but if your on a budget they have a OCCO breakfast plate for $13.50. Very nice presentation delivered quickly, the food was tasty and we'll prepared. Service staff are very pleasant and attentive. The coffee was nutty and had a hint of Cinnamon. Overall would eat here regularly.
My favorite restaurant in Ottawa. 2 locations, I go every time I’m in town. Food is fresh and delicious, service is always friendly. There is something for everyone on the menu. Prices are really reasonable and good for adults or families.
Me and my husband is travelling 5 hrs drive from Brampton , as for first time travelling in Ottawa we search for one of the best restaurant here in Ottawa and we find this restaurant and decided to dine in . We dine around 12:30 and we got our food for 1:30 we waited for 1 hr for Brunch Plate I give one star at first because I saw a lot of people is leaving because they are waiting for food for long but we decided to stay stick around and give it a try because each restaurant have there inconvenient but the services they give is very good even though they are short of staff so I give 4 start because the food is great too .. let’s say it’s good waiting for :) thank you for Stuff Sofia for giving us a good service
The restobar has a cozy industrial-feel-like ambience in the downtown area. Food and cocktail choices were great. The heirloom salad is a must try. Twas recommended by my buddies in Ottawa. Price wise, reasonable.
Went as a party of 2 on a Thursday. We reserved ahead of time for 5:45pm, but it wasn't that busy likely since it was a weekday. We sat inside to good aesthetics and courteous service. I had the candied bacon burger with poutine while my friend had the crispy chicken burger. We enjoyed our meal which was decent value for its price. The taste was good with a balance of savoury and salty. Had the light lager (Amsterdam) and was happy with my choice. Overall, a good experience for one to try for burgers, poutine, and other interesting foods like tacos and fish & chips.
Ordered red wine sangria, aperol spritz, spiced lemonade for cocktails. They were all so delicious. Meals included the donair, candied bacon cheeseburger, tacos, poutine, crabcakes and salad. The plating was beautiful. The gravy and pickles on the burger were sweet, caught off guard but it worked. The tacos were disappointing, was a small piece of pork belly 'bacon' with mostly lettuce and no flavor profiles.
The food is great! A take off of traditional cuisine from Newfoundland and Labrador. I recommend the fries with gravy and stuffing, the fish chowder, and any of the tacos.
Service is always friendly and responsive. May was so friendly and warm.
Quiet part of Ottawa with little downtown traffic (except during rush hour, but what’re you gonna do?) and a nice patio.
