Great food! Really delicious. But ambience is best described as “a good place to eat your takeaway”.
We ordered the family kebab platter. Everything was delicious and served quickly, and the serving dishes were gorgeous.
However, the water came in plastic bottles, the cutlery and plates were dropped off in a stack (no table setting), and the wait staff seemed a bit confused.
With a bit of polish, this could be a really excellent place to dine out. Here are my suggestions:
-real menus (not laminated plastic)
-place settings
-glasses and an ice machine
-training for service staff

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in Ottawa. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted was great. Absolutely the best Kabab and Felafel we had. Highly recommend!

I really loved the food and the service.
We were 5 people and ordered the a dish that has a mix of grilled meat (beef and chicken), hummus, and some turkish pizza.
Love the grills, and the rice was amazing. The hummus is alright. I could do it without the pizza.
The service was really great. Always smiling and willing to help. They go above and beyond. The restaurant is very clean and organized. I would recommend to work a bit on the decoration.

We tried the spicy mix pide, kabab plate and added a pistachio kabab. Their online ordering system is easy to use and the food was prepared quickly.
I loved the crust on the pide and there was lots of seasoned meat and cheese inside. The kababs had a lovely smokey aroma from the charcoal grill and was seasoned well. It comes with a bit of salad, rice and fries but they did forget the raisins and almonds on my rice. Still tasted great without it though. The kababs were seasoned perfectly and cooked well.
Service was quick and friendly. The space is clean, staff was masked up with plexiglass at the cash register.

This place is amazing! Food is always fresh and always tasty. The folks are very friendly and are able to answer all questions. I love their baked pita bread and freshly made humus. The restaurants ambiance is great and the servers are friendly. Didn't have to wait long for the food to arrive. Recommend reserving beforehand.

Food is good. But behold! For takeout they are pathetic. Often one of the items are stale. Sometimes Garlic sauce is stale. Some times humus and many a times salad.
They put the salad box in a bag and tie it that a person cannot even check the salad.
Guys don't serve the salad if it has turned bad!

The food is good but not the best... service was good but very slow... they need to be more organized, no reservations ahead yet one you get there they ask you to wait for 45 minutes or so ... a better system can make this place better...

We ordered Pita Bell Mix Platter and i must say every single item was super yummylicious.Best to feed 2-3 people.
Staff was efficient and friendly.
Then we ordered Kunafa.Hmmm was tasty but i will say 8 out of 10 because instead only pouring the syrup on top, the kunafa was dipped in the sugar syrup that made it soggy:( but overall had a wondeeeerful experience.

Delicious! Beef kabob tender and flavourful, chicken breast shish tauk too. Fresh crisp salad, velvety hummus...and dont get me started about the lentil soup...perfect for a snowy night! Highly recommend.

I have been a customer of Pita Bell for over 2 years now. I love it ! You can’t find better in Ottawa. Always fast and friendly service. They are so accommodating and do whatever it takes to make you happy. Whether I am eating alone, with friends or catering a party event, it is amazing !!!

Tried it for the first time and everything was great. The Pita Bell mix has chicken, steak and kabab, all charcoal grilled. Sides and sauces were very good too. I'll be going back for more takeout.
