Casa Mexico - Ottawa - Photo album

The best Mexican food in Ottawa! Every time I go there, it reminds me of Mexico. If you are a fan of authentic corn tortilla, this place is the best one! They gave you generous amount of meat in the tacos too!
Delicious food and a fun atmosphere! As you you walk in you’re welcomed by friendly staff and a bright and festive decor. The menu is excellent as well. As a vegetarian I normally have minimal options, but Casa Mexico has a well rounded menu with a lot of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options.

Everything was great except the prices were quite steep for the portion sizes. Two small entrées, two small vegetarian soups and two juices came to about $80. Also it would be nice if the decor was more traditional Mexico (mariachi, baroque and surrealist painters, countryside or even mixed with mo
Food was okay, nothing outstanding, but average. Portions were too small. The attached pictures costed nearly $60. The tamale 2nd picture was $8. Would not recommend.
