Ordered a fully stuffed quesadilla from here for lunch and it was great! The ingredients were fresh, and flavourful. Nice portions and the service was quick too. It was a good lunch choice.

Very disappointing "burrito bowl". I definitely don't feel this is as advertised. All that's in it was tofu and a few measley shreds of lettuce. There was supposed to be beans, guacamole, and salsa. I was also under the impression there would be rice in it as well since it's supposed to have everything a burrito has. Absolutely not worth the price imo. Too bad because I've heard good things about this place.

Ordered delivery, two large burritos and chips with pico de gallo. For was so good, and the burritos were massive! Might have to order small burritos next time, lol.

This is definitively my favorite fast food place. Everything here is so fresh, the portions are big, and the employees are always very nice. I brought some people from outside Ottawa here and they all agree this is the best burrito place

The quality at this location seems to be on the decline I am unsure if it is because I've been coming weekly on the weekends but the taste definitely hasn't been the same the two last times. It's like the salsas, sauces or ingredients are not as fresh as they should be which makes for a bland taste if that makes sense. It's too bad since I liked this location but can't get consistency it seems.

recently been turned down twice this week when going in at 10:47 and also tonight and 10:52 as they started their cleanup. IF YOUR OPEN UNTIL 11 please serve until 11 or learn to lock the doors early as well. thoroughly unimpressed.. i would usually not come in late but Im working 14 hour shifts on storm cleanup taking trees out of people roofs yet the burrito gals cant even finish an 8 hr shift making tacos & burritos.

Food was mediocre. The staff seemed preoccupied and were not focused on the costumer. The store seems dirty with buildup on the lights and ceilings. They were last inspected on August 2020

Ordered out from here multiple times and have yet to be disappointed once. The burritos are fantastic and always make me full after. The quesadillas, while they can be messy, are still amazing. Definitely reccomend. Great stuff.

Hands down one of the best Mexican restaurants in Ottawa. The food is delicious, the portions are huge, and the value is good, they have all the toppings you'd expect, the restaurant is roomy and never crowded. I have absolutely no complaints and have never had a bad experience at any of their locations.

Excellent food. I usually go to either Bronson or Hunt Club locations. The food is always fresh and always delicious and portions are very generous! Service is really good - friendly and fast. Prices are reasonable. We are so lucky to have a place like this in Ottawa.

Poor food quality, rather small portions. Very shady pricing. If you don't check, you might come home with charges you don't even know existed, even for requesting even one drop of extra sauce. Worst of all, the customer service is scary and pathetic, almost borderline abusive, especially Bronson location.

The restaurant is dirty, the staff is unprofessional and rude. I was there today, around noon and the cashier could not give a mere f*** about what she was doing, as well as her customers. The burrito itself was ok, but full of burnt leftovers from the grill. Needless to say I will never ever waste my time there again.

Usually I love burrito gringo. Although I just got home from there with a burrito bowl that is pretty much ice cold. They don't even close until 11:00pm why are they shutting the place down at 9:30? Rice, veggies, steak all cold... Probably won't be going back anytime soon unfortunately.

I was at burrito gringo , near bronson and highway, before I was given by taco's to me, they spit on my taco's and forced me to pay for them, they said they would film and threaten me and call the police if I didnt pay. they licked the receipt with their tongue and gave it to me,
this is very unacceptable and shocking.
