Best burger and service around, hands down! For those of us that can’t eat gluten, this is a MUST. Gluten-free heaven!!! The GF buns are actually tasty and moist. I also had sweet potato fries with my burger. All delicious! GF or not, You won’t be disappointed! You gotta eat here! ;)
Awesome burgers, very decently priced and worth the short wait. The poutine is not the best I've ever had, but definitely a very generous portion size for the price and the gravy is slammin'. I will absolutely be back soon.

I had the Louisana Burger and thought I had does and gone to heaven! The bun so fresh, burger homemade style and the pulled pork coleslaw Chipotle dressing makes it all truly amazing! Full for the whole day...satisfied my hungry appetite. The fries are a memory a good one just no room left.

I had the Paris burger and my husband had the burger with the egg can’t remember the name . Both were amazing yes pricy for a burger but we were stuffed at the end. Will go again

Quick burgers. Has alot of flavours and the fries are good. Big enough space to sit and not feel crowded. The flavours together go well with each other.
Can't go wrong unless you pick a burger with a topping you don't like and even the you might be surprised. Tasty good sized patties, soft bun and great melt. Always double the patty for the full effect!
The absolute best burger in Ottawa. The owners of Montana's should take a walk over there and figure out how these guys make a burger for half the price and twice the quality. The staff are friendly and the sweet potato fries are amazing. The only suggestion I would make is to get more comfortable chairs.
Amazing burgers. Been here multiple times and try something different each chance I get. My favorite burger is the Paris burger. The ambiance is good the food is freshly made and delivered to your table and the service is friendly. They also deliver through skip the dishes which is nice.
Pretty damn good! They have lots of options of burgers with interesting toppings and the burgers are made fresh to order. Good sides options too, a nice variety of poutines. Pretty good overall. It's a little pricey, as this place falls into the gourmet burger category, but worth it. I did find however that the party was a tad small for the price, but it was still good. $16 for a jump burger combo with upgraded poutine. Wouldn't pay that very often, but now and then is fine. Overall, I would say try it if you are a fan of burgers!
This is THE BEST BURGER IN OTTAWA. This unassuming place is a gem! My search for the best burger in Ottawa effectively ended here. Not a fan of all the different toppings, but they don't hurt. The poutine is ok - sometimes its cold.

Good burgers, got take out and was hot when got home. Poutine was killer, really enjoyed that! Will defiantly go back for poutine. I didn't get the right burger and didn't enjoy it but the party was good so my bad, next time I'll try the Mexican instead of Venice.
One of the better burgers I have had. I got the one with pulled pork & tangy coleslaw on it. It was juicy and packed with flavour. The burger patty itself wasn't huge, probably about average size. But it was damned tasty.
I'd definitely go back if in the mood for quick burger.
Has both pros and cons. A friend recommended World Burger to me, so i decided to try it next time i was in the area; I'm glad I did! The Paris burger was a wonderful blend of flavours, with honey-poached pears and brie cheese. The bun was already soggy when i unwrapped it, though. The poutine was a very generous size, but way too salty! Overall, this is one place worth trying, for the gourmet toppings alone.
Excellent!! Nice juicy burgers with fresh toppings. My favourite is the Venice! Love the they have a Dublin special for St. Patty's Day. I went last night and they 'World Sized' my fries for free! Great prices too, dinner for two is no one than &25!
Love this place. I have eaten here many times and the Burgers are always delicious. Sure it costs more than your typical chain fast food joint but it is worth the extra couple of bucks.
Really delicious and unique burgers. Without a combo they will run you $9 taxes in, which is a bit expensive but quality costs. The meat is cooked really well and the bun is really soft and squishy which absorbs all the sauces, but falls apart easily too, not sure if I like it myself for the messy factor but it tastes great and doesn't take away from the inside which is important. Employees at the cash are either really nice (owner) or abrupt and unpleasant (others). Anyways make your own assumptions I enjoyed it!

Had the Ottawa burger for lunch. Solid burger with a tasty sauce. For a fast food joint where they prepare everything fresh I don't think you could ask for better. Don't go in expecting a burger like you would get at the WORKS - this is not in the same niche (definitely a lower price point here). I would definitely return and I'm looking forward to trying the poutine next time.
Delicious "fast food". Tried World Burger for the first time yesterday and it was delicious! In a city with so many burger choices it's refreshing to have something delicious like this as opposed to some of the other garbage around (bff). Definitely recommend.

My hubby got the Montreal burger and it was amazing as well topped with montreal smoked meat, fried onions and swiss cheese :D :D YUM
We both got the poutine and a drink added for only a extra $4.50 a great deal for a med fountain drink and a huge cheese curd filled poutine OMG it was amazing the gravy was fab too

You like burgers? Be honest, because this is a damn delicious burger. If you are a weirdo who likes gourmet 20 minute burgers, get in your minivan and get lost. Multiple varieties of poutine to boot. Only thing that would make this place heaven is beer.
Best Burger Place!. The burgers are so big and juicy with prices lower than places like the Works or Prime Burger. The staff are SOOO NICE, they are so helpful and extremely generous with portions. Sweet potato fries are the bombbb and the world burger is my go-to when I have that burger-meat craving!
In a word WOW!. Hands down the best burger in Ottawa. Done on the flat top these burgers are juicy and greasy the way a burger should be. Had the World Burger ,a double patty with cheese and bacon and it was phenomenal. They use high quality bacon that you can actually taste. Bacon was cooked perfectly leaving a tad bit of chew and fat that just adds so much to a burger. Rings are the breaded variety with enough onion taste so you know your eating an onion ring instead of just breading. All toppings were of high quality right down to the bun. Fries are fresh cut no frozen garbage in this joint and rival most chip trucks in the city. I noticed a poutine go by and the gravy was the darker variety the way a true poutine is done. This place is serving up some really good eats.
Delicious Burgers. We tried out World Burger in Nepean last night for the first time. The burgers were fantastic. They were big and juicy and drippy. There's quite a variety so you may want to check out their menu on line before going. We found the French fries a little to salty. There weren't very many people in the restaurant when we were there. Let's go burger fans - get out there and support this place. You won't be sorry!!
An excellent burger. A co-worker and I just visited World Burger for the first time and were blown away by our awesome burgers. World Burger has just raised the burger bar in this town.
I had the Ottawa burger, which I have to say, is THE best burger I’ve had in Ottawa to date. The mix of flavours was outstanding: Maple mayo, sautéed onions and mushrooms, candied bacon and cheddar cheese.
My co-worker had the Mexican burger and was equally impressed with the flavour combination: Guacamole mayo, jalapeno, Mexican bacon salsa & pepper jack cheese.
The bun is super fresh and tasty, while not being excessively large. I like the burger to shine; not the bun. The two of us split a sweet potato fry that came with a delicious dipping sauce. One regular order is lots for 2 people. We were stuffed.
I will be returning very soon, to continue my journey around their burger globe.
Best burgers in Canada.. I've been here three times and the burgers are SPECTACULAR! I don't even live in the area, but it's worth the trek. Seriously, if you want a quality burger made to perfection you must come here. Their onion rings and sweet potato fries are awesome as well.

Great burger spot! Friendly staff, quick service and awesome burgers; can't go wrong with that. Had the Maui burger and it was delicious. Fries are amazing.
Fantastic Burger!. Wow! I haven't had a burger that good in a long time!! After reviewing all the different options available, I selected the Sydney burger and my wife chose the Maui burger. They were nothing short of amazing, fresh burger patty with a delicious combination of added items that make these unique combinations the tastiest! The Sydney burger comes with bacon, Swiss cheese, an egg and an onion ring while the Maui burger comes with grilled pineapple, bacon, Swiss cheese and sweet teriyaki sauce. The sauce was really good and the egg bread bun was also a really great addition. I had the onion rings which were super (they came with a yummy dipping sauce!). The fries are fairly similar to New York Fries, fresh and great tasting - I wasn't the biggest fan because I thought they were a little bit soft, and I prefer them crispier. All in all, a great meal with good atmosphere and great service. I'm looking forward to going with the kids next time!
My husband tried World Burger last week and had the basic bacon cheese burger and really enjoyed it, so we went together last last night. My husband had the Venice burger and I had the Ottawa burger. We both enjoyed the burgers we ordered although mine was a bit sweet and I would try something different next time. The owner was friendly and the decor was simple but nice. We will definatley be back.
Had the Venice burger. It was delicious and tasty. Very messy tho. I wish they would put a toothpick in (or something) to keep the burger from sliding around

Stumbled upon this place by accident. I needed to do a bunch of errands. Got hungry and was deciding where to eat. World Burger is in a lot of competition as it is next to (in a 100m radius) so many restaurants. Decided to try it as it was new and I like to try new things
Love it! Been there 4 times in the past 3 weeks. Love the Athens and Venice burgers. Wanted to try the Tokyo burger because I love Japanese food, but based on one reviewer, I'll stay away.
Poutines are pretty good. Tried the Texas one, which I liked. Had split it with a friend as a side for our burgers, but we couldn't finish it as we got too full.
I really like the onion rings, one of the better ones from all the fast food places I've been to. Goes really great with the mesquite sauce, which texture wise it's great (creamy, but not runny) but isn't spicy enough for me.
Would like to try everything on the menu, especially the hot dogs.
A place for burger fans! I love burgers and general and am always looking for the best burger spots and this place definitely ranks in my top burger joints in Ottawa. The patty was thick but not too thick that it overpowers everything else (cough cough *the works*) also was tender and well spiced. The toppings are unique and the burger held together very well considering u had an egg and onion ring inside it (Sydney Burger). Service was beyond friendly and the place itself was modern and very clean. Can't wait to go again!
Impressed. After dining at this new restaurant with my family, we were impressed. The burgers were delicious. I really enjoyed my Sydney burger and my husband enjoyed the Mexican burger. Well cooked and very tasty. The sweet potato fries we got for the kids were crispy (usually most restaurants serve them soggy). My kids really enjoyed practicing their reading on the wall of cities. It was a great experience, and we will definitely go back again. Great job!
Just came back from here. It was my first time trying it out. Had a great experience. The service was fast and friendly. They had a Creative menu, nice decor, all that stuff. But what I was real impressed with was the food. I had the Sydney burger and my wife had a Paris burger. We shared a Montreal poutine. The food was absolutely amazing! I absolutely loved The Sydney burger. (I like eggs) and this one has a sunny side egg on top contained nicely with an onion ring so the yolk doesn't get everywhere. My wife really enjoyed her burger and the poutine was out of this world

World Burger: Big, Juicy, Perfection. What a treat it was discovering this new hot burger joint just off one of the most traffic heavy streets in Ottawa, Merivale Road. I say this with complete honesty, whatever you have to do to get to the ordering counter at World Bar is well worth the hassle. WB reaches every corner of the earth with its culturally focused ingredients (tempura burger with Asian slaw, maple-mayo and candied bacon burger, honey poached pears, caramelized onion and brie to name a few). Or, if you want the ultimate hunger-satisfying burger, you can go with the World Burger (double patties, double cheddar anyone?) I took a trip ‘down under’ and ordered a Sydney Burger, topped with a fried over-easy egg (the yolk literally oozes between the bun), an onion ring, bacon and swiss cheese. My recommendation? I would give them a 5 but the fries arrived cold and were relatively low portion given the price. Other than that, the burger was phenomenal. Very tasty and I wish I ordered a second one instead of getting the fries. I dont particularly understand many of the reviews that are negative, but im guessing each experience is different. I will order from here again.
We tried this place for the first time today. I have had gourmet burgers before. The “Calgary Burger” was the best burger I have ever had. The patty was the perfect thickness. The pulled pork and smoked meat worked beautifully with it. The bun was soft and smooth. And the onion ring was a creative and delicious addition. Each time I took a bite, I was surprised at the height of which I enjoyed it. Thank you!!

Where do I even start? The Selection of burgers is definitely by far something I totally recommend checking out. From maple mayo, candy bacon on the Ottawa burger, or even pineapple on the Maui burger. Today I tried the Calgary burger, and let me tell you, If you like meat, I totally commend trying it out.
