Alcoholic panhandler sits out front and verbally assaults and follows passers by ranting every morning. Brought it to the attention of staff, they did nothing. Coffee still good but the descent over the past few years to a Starbucks wannabe is truly unfortunate. The design of new stores to be as much as minimally comfortable as possible while the corporate homogeneity of staff 'training' harkens back to the Seattle behemoth. Still worth a visit occasionall

Great coffee shop and one of my favourite Bridgehead locations. Very cozy and theres always great music playing. The staff are happy and cheerful. My go-to here is just a traditional latte: they really nail it.

Really like this place. It's close by, & really enjoying their gluten free options which seem to be slowly growing. The staff are swamped but they still manage to smile the whole way through. Thanks guys for making my mornings👍☕

If you like strong coffee, this is a great place for you to try. Been going here for years- always great. They also have other less strong (medium) flavours.

Amazing coffee. Great food whether for breakfast or lunch. Great service (with a smile!). Seasonal salad is very good and the toast for breakfast also (not-ella or peanut butter they're both great)

Nice baristas and good coffee for a chain, but orders can get mixed up sometimes if you're not careful. WiFi was a little flaky, and bench seats aren't comfortable. Yuppie-ish crowd, even for Ottawa...
