This place is really good! I walked in expecting expensive prices, mediocre service and sub-par food... Let me tell you, the prices are pretty Fair for what you get. The service is impeccable, made me feel like they truly cared about my experience. Great staff will definitely keep me coming back to this place. Now for the food, I was reluctant to try a different pontine than the Classic, but I took the plunge and tried the Nacho Poutine and it was one of the best things I have eaten. Love their special poutines and mouth-watering fish tacos! My boyfriend and I regularly frequent this place and we have introduced many more to this spot! The staff have always been really friendly and fast too :)

First time there, fresh and quick at a good price. $2 Tuesday a much better value then all you can eat Tuesdays at Digbys, quality is so much better

The flavour of the food here is simply delicious!!! The Baja fish is such a nice change of pace and the quality of freshness for all ingredients is top-notch. I will for sure be returning here! *prices are fair, but I wouldn't want to see them increase anytime soon. 5 stars!
Drove in from out of town and was pleasantly pleased with the taste and price of food. The tacos were great. Baha fish taco 🌮 was my favourite. The chicken waffle poutine was excellent 👌🏼 nice combo of soft fries with crispy waffles and chicken bits.
First time here and definately not my last. Everything was sooo fresh and delicious from the Fish tacos, Peri Peri Chicken Bowl to the Fish and Chips. The price is a bit on the high side but you get what you pay for. Too bad they ran out of the Soft Shell Crab Bowl....that'll be next. Enjoy!!

Beautiful ambience. Great owner and Manager. Above all Great food. Tacos especially mango shrimp and buffalo chicken were the highlighters. Go and enjoy the meal.Its awesome.
Amazing food the owner Sumit was amazing and prepared the food onsite. The tacos were extremely fresh and crisp. The poutine cheese was very creamy and melted perfectly with the extra hot gravy. The fries were fresh cut. 10 out of 10 would recommend the tacos and poutine. I told him he was my first time and he even toss some extra fish on my poutine for-free

I was recommended this place by a local friend. We went there and it turned out to be 100/100 on our expectations.
1st visit tried fish and veggie nachos poutine. It was so delicious. The service was amazingly great. The staff is super friendly.
2nd visit had tacos fish Baja, Peri-Peri chicken and veggie as well with the normal poutine.
It is just wow. Before stepping out I just thing of when would the next time I could visit this place.
I have been going to the Streats Kanata location for around 3 years. Everything I have ordered there has surpassed my expectations and is always fresh. They even batter their fish in front of you. There is a lady at this location that I would say demonstrates the best customer service I have seen in all of Ottawa. She is incredibly nice, great attention to detail and can handle everything in the store alone with ease. They don’t get the credit they deserve, amazing menu and customer service! 6 stars!
Delicious food and outstanding service! Staff were very friendly and helpful in recommending options for our first time! We tried the baja fish tacos, mango shrimp tacos, and fish n chips. All items were so tasty and ingredients were very fresh. We will be returning for sure :)
