Fresh & delicious sushi! & great service & atmosphere!
Best sushi in Ottawa. They have a higher grade fish supplier.
The environment is relaxing, service is conscientiously attentive and the menu variety and specialties are excellent. I look forward to lunch-meetings there every time we go, over all of the restaurants along Preston St. which I have tried. You know the food is nutritionally superb when you feel good after dining. My colleagues always order the Bento boxes that look amazing. I totally love specializing my own combination with an appetizer order of Gyoza dumplings (meat filled rice pasta); with Edamane green soybeans and 8 piece signature-sushi rolls. I wish I could try every item on their menu.
Second time dining there and both times have been excellent. Owners really pride on quality and it showed because their food, especially sushi is like an art: Great to look at and wonderful to taste!
Best sushi spot in town if you care about food quality and flavour. Great atmosphere for a date but also suitable for families. My two kids love the cooked items while we love the raw side. The squid-wrapped maki roll and the tuna tataki are our favorites. Had udon tonight and it was quite good too.
The best sushi in Ottawa by far!
Try the Philean.... THE BEST!!!
Delicious and fresh sushi!
The best Sushi I've had in Ottawa. This isn't your AYCE buffet, but quality prepared food by talented chefs. The service has always been beyond friendly, and my entire family looks forward to our visits.
While not "traditional" I can't get enough of the Crunch & Munch roll. DELICIOUS!
Best sushi I've ever had, hands down. Everything from scratch. Looking forward to "rollin'" over there with the crew soon. See what I did there? ;)
Excellent sushi. Cozy atmosphere. Great service.
Best in Ottawa !!! Best place to go for food and friendly service
The absolute best sushi in town! Perfect for happy hour too :)
Kiko is one of the best dining experiences I've had!
I was introduced to Kiko about 7 years ago through friends. I only remembered that the sake was good and we had a good time. It was enough of a memory that when my son asked to be taken out for sushi for his convocation dinner, I chose Kiko. The location is great with ample parking nearby. Inside, the décor is great and not overwhelming. I love the origami wall!
We were a party of 8, and I would recommend reservations. We sampled almost everything on the menu. It was all fresh and fantastic! I hope the pictures do the menu justice. I should note that there were some sushi sceptics in the party. I can absolutely say no one left disappointed.
Green tea ice cream is now a personal favourite.
Athena, our server, was awesome! She walked us through everything on the menu providing breakdowns when asked. She really made the experience better.
I highly recommend Kiko if you're looking for a sushi experience.
The BEST sushi in town.
Can’t find words to describe how delicious it is. After biting it, it instantly melts in the mouth and gives this soft and slightly chewy feel. I love how it was also brushed with the perfect amount of soy sauce. I also love how there was a perfect amount of wasabi. What I found about restaurants serving sushi’s is that they tend to put too much wasabi/horseradish. I love how there was a perfect amount of wasabi in it. The wasabi compliments it, heightening the flavour. Love the pizza sushi <3 <3 <3
The customer service was great and gave me some recommendations on what to drink.
10/10 would come back more often.
Best sushi in Ottawa! So fresh and flavourful. Their Preston roll and sushi pizza can’t be beat!
The sushi and tempura were excellent and the service and seating were lovely. I would definitely go back.
Wonderfully place, great friendly helpful staff and delicious vegetarian (vegan) food. We ordered the vegetable tempura and vegetarian sushi rolls (with no mayo/egg) and they were great. The cocktails are nice too. I recommend the sake mojito. Definitely a repeat customer. My only comment is that they mark the items on the menu that have no dairy, egg or meat in them (i.e. vegan).
Cant go wrong with Kiko. Consistent food and service for the most part. Long menu - standard japanese fare available + variety of other Asian cuisine dishes. Rolls are very tasty. Fair prices.
