Had my first taste of Panera's catering at a Baptismal lunch yesterday...SUPERB...my sandwich was ? turkey bacon bravo? The fruit and veg plates were brilliant and being a lover of crisps, a wee package of crisps to finish it off! Not a coffee drinker as such, but I did enjoy it as well. Will definitely recommend !
Salads are very tasty and made with fresh, good ingredients. Staff are friendly and competent . Presentation is great when meal comes to the table. Also, price is excellent, so I am very impressed and happy with the place!
Whenever I am in Ottawa I make a point of going to my favorite cafe. The food at Panera Bread is delicious and the service is always friendly. I even call ahead to place a bagel order to take home with me to Montreal and they accommodate no problem!
Before trusting the 1* ratings, read what they wrote. People should not tarnish a business' reputation or rating based on how far they live from a restaurant or because a fast food restaurant doesn't accept reservations.

Always dependably good. The restaurant has a nice cozy atmosphere and the food is always great. My daughter and I really love this place.
Went to get my birthday pastry and had a baked potatoes soup. Delish!

Just received the email with free coffee for the month of April, great idea, too bad I do not drink coffee but could use a tea, maybe offering one or the other would have been a good idea.
Love the restaurant, just wish there was another one in Orleans! It's far for everyone but the locals! Be great to have one near the Costco in Orleans as well
