Very affordable with decent portions. The selection of sandwiches were what drew me in. The fish cutter was the standout, the patio is quaint and a nice place to grab a quick bite for with friends and family, I went twice during my three day stay in Ottawa and would’ve gone again if it wasn’t closed on Sundays

Marrakesh express sandwich was delicious!! Went really well with local kitchesippi 1855 amber ale! Both indoor and outdoor seating and had a unique food truck vibe for this part of Westboro. Also had a number of vegetarian menu options with tofu.

Really nice food truck. The menu is diverse and imaginative compared to the cookie cutter menu at most food trucks. There is seating outside for a patio experience with a great atmosphere if ypu were hoping for more than just food.

What a great little spot to go to in Westboro! It has a unique vibe to it. The food is a little pricey, but made with love. They have a wide variety of menu options to choose from and they have daily specials as well. My sandwich was awesome and the fish tacos were quite tasty as well! The ingredients are fresh and the portion sizes are big enough to leave you feeling satisfied but not overly full! I recommend grabbing a "bite" to eat there if you're in the area! 😁

Absolutely. Incredible. This is a 'hidden' gem!!! I had the Dan Dan noodles and they were to die for... My mouth waters just thinking about it!!! Price and portions are excellent, even better was the flavour!!! Must have if visiting the area... Parking can be a bit troublesome, but that's what walking is for. Don't miss out!

A range of menu items coming from this cool food truck/kitchen! We've tried the sandwiches, tacos and noodles but my go-to is the dan-dan. Flavourful but not always consistent - very salty the last time.

We love this place. When we have out of town guests, we always drop by. They love the food and ambiance. Hard to believe a little place like this can have that but when we visit, we're swept away to another place with the decorations and the staff. We are foodies of a sort as our chef daughter has shown us a whole new world of food and yet we (and her) keep coming back to this place. The great combinations of ingredients just explode in your mouth. Keep it up!!!

Very nice food truck with a awesome menu! I had the Zorba sandwich and some Korean cauliflower wings. The wings were amazing!!<br/>Even better than "pure kitchen" version! <br/>I will definitely go back to try many things like the noodle dishes and the tofu curry sounded delish.

I stopped by after class today to grab a bite to go. I have read a lot about this small joint in Westboro but was never able to visit at the right times. I was drawn to the chalkboard with specials and decided to order two tacos with a side of fries. I didn't realize they also had their usual sandwich menu as well on the side of the wall but Oh well!<br/>I settled on a Korean chicken taco with picked bean sprouts as well as a Mexican inspired taco with cilantro and salsa.<br/>My favourite was the Korean one since it was delightfully crispy with a great acidity from the sauce.<br/>The fries were crispy and salty which complimented the meal quite well.<br/>Great little place to visit but I believe they only take cash so come prepared!

Great flavours with lots of variety. The curry it up sandwich sandwich was loaded with flavour. The sauce was great when used as a fries dipping sauce, especially since they fries lacked salt. Wish there was more chicken though. <br/><br/>The fish cutter sandwich was the perfect combination of crunch and gooey mayo. I would recommend this over the curry sandwich.

Innovative international menu with daily specials, super delicious, very affordable pricing but be warned it's cash only. Friendly staff run the place and they set up a very cute patio,. Love this place, one of my favourites in Ottawa!

I just ate here for the first time this afternoon. I had the Ho Chi Minh, which was a delicious, healthy portioned Vietnamese sandwich. Be warned that the sauce can be a little runny so have a napkin handy. My husband had the big honk'n sausage which was a generous size and he was able to add all the fixings he likes.<br/><br/>We also learned that closing may be later, based upon how business is going. We will definitely be back to try more of the menu!

What a great food truck!!! Thai it up noodles were delightful, chunks of lean chicken, fresh bean sprouts. Zorba sandwich was flavourful and fresh. What a great little spot for a good meal. Two thumbs up, highly recommended.

These guys are really doing something unique! They have great twists on flavours like Greek, Thai, and Asian. Sometimes a little heavy on the sauce, but at least it's good sauce...

Food: Delicious and reasonably priced. Prices range from $4-$9, but the portion size and quality are great. The menu would make Gordon Ramsay proud as there aren't an excessive amount of options, so the cooks can focus on making everything right.

Westboro Gem. This little gem is great for lunch in Westboro. The food is reasonably priced with very generous portion sizes and best of all the food is great! Be sure you give yourself a few extra minutes though as everything is made to order and it gets extremely busy around the lunch hour.

Really good lunch across from Superstore. Nice spot.. Lunch for 5. All excellent. Menu of interesting sandwiches. Had hot dogs, Marakesh wrap and Cowboy Wannabe. The wraps/sandwiches were well seasoned. Goat cheese on Cowboy Wannabe is a nice addition. Bread/wrap were fresh and warm. Poutine was excellent. Poutine is a big serving, share 1 poutine for 2 people if you are having as a side.

Watch out for unwanted meat hiding in your dish. I just got back to my office to eat my Tofu Momo and found many many chunks of chicken in it. This has happened at least 3 times before and so I usually watch to see that they only put tofu in and inspect the top of the box when it comes out. This time I saw them only put tofu in the container prior to cooking - so it must somehow get thrown in during cooking. And the chicken was mixed in all through the dish. From first glance it looked like it was all tofu, but it was really tofu and chicken mixed together.<br/><br/>Any time I have brought it to their attention they fix it for me right away, but this time I took my food and went back to my office - and so no lunch for me as I do not eat chicken and it would have been impossible to sort through and inspect each piece to see if it was tofu or chicken.<br/><br/>This makes me concerned that they do not separate their meat and non-meat products before or during cooking. So if you do not meat, make sure to specify this or you may end up with a Chicken and Tofu Momo by surprise.<br/><br/>I really want to love this truck because when I do just get tofu it is really delicious...but I am sick of having to make them re make the dishes or get back to my office and find out I can't eat my lunch.

I think I just had a bad experienc because the girl who made my thai one on today put soooooo much sauce in mine, making it completely unedible. I only found this out when I got home, otherwise I would have said something. And it's not like I watch sodium, i can handle salty but this was just at a whole other level. Too bad, otherwise I think it could have been good.

Great summer lunch stop. A couple of stops so far - great lunch spot. Fresh, tasty food and a cute eclectic mix of places to eat out front. The momo box, made spicy, left my mouth tingling happily for the afternoon. The Ole wrap (i think it was called Ole - sorry I was distracted by the food!) tasted fresh with just the right amount of heat - lots of chicken, salsa, a sprinkle of pickled jalepenos...mmm.

Good food, great value. I am not a good cook which means I eat out frequently. If you're like me, then you are always on the lookout for unique, delicious food for reasonable prices. This is one of those places.<br/><br/>Across the street from the Real Canadian Superstore, this funky little truck serves up great flavours. Two people can easily eat at this place for under $20. And the food is really good!<br/><br/>The wraps are unique. I like the Cowboy Wannabe, which is a sandwich with big pieces of steak onions and lots of sauce. One of their most popular dishes is the Curry It Up, which is one of my favourites. It is curry chicken with lots of homemade mango salsa wrapped in a warm Naan bread. Yummy!<br/><br/>Parking can be a bit of an issue. There are about 5 spots around the truck. I find it easier to park at the Real Canadian Superstore and then cross the street. Ditto if you need a bathroom: this is a food truck and doesn't have a bathroom. But the RCSS across the street has public bathroom on the 2nd floor.<br/><br/>There is plenty of seating outside the truck and I've never had a problem getting a table, no matter how busy they seem. The tables are situated at roadside on busy Richmond Road, so the ambiance takes a bit of imagination. I like to watch the cars rush by, people hurrying to their next errand at full warp speed, while I am on slow-motion savouring my food. For just that moment, I am zen in a crazy world.<br/><br/>Bite this is funky, fun and tasty!

Damn good. Bit tricky to wrestle people for a seat to slurp up the goodness but hey it was a nice day to meet new friends! Had the Marakesh and it was loaded with flavourful meat, onions and cheese on a fresh naan. Perfect. Bf had the Cowboy and was actually silent for ten minutes! Check it out!

3 m's. Magnificent, mouth watering, and ........ Lost my train of thought because the flavours have transported me to a different dimension. Have had the Marakesh twice now. Cowboy Wannabe makes me wanna put on my boots and go for a ride. Zorba makes me wanna scream OPA! And the Ole? Hmmmm...... OLE!!!!!<br/>Next time around will try the Thai fare, can hardly wait.

Great food. Had the Marrakech sandwich — perfection. Donna makes the nan bread herself. Her spicing is sharp but delicate. The whole thing oozes onions and cheese (if fussy, bring wash-up gear). All this along with shaded seating for the eclectic crowd of happy eaters.

Simply good food.... I was completely blown away by not only the quality but the flavour combinations. I'm a fan of the asian noodles and the sandwiches are just as good. But every now and then I go and just have a sausage. It's simply good food. Just go.

I have only tried their chow wow (egg noodle and chicken and pineapple).I found the noodles heavy with sesame oil,3 pieces of pineapple and a few pieces of chicken and a whole lotta noodle.Good spice flavor,Could have done with half the noodles and a bit more pineapple to lighten up the taste of the sesame oil.I would pay the same price for that portion.I can't recommend that dish but i will go back and try their whole menu at some point.They do use quality ingredients and by the looks of their menu some nice taste flavors available.Was disappointed not to find any caribbean items,with island slang and pictures on their truck.

I had a Marakesh Express, which was described as a Moroccan beef with caramelized onions and cheese in a pita wrap. The beef was very tasty, probably flavored with a mix of spices. The cheese was oozy. And the pita was crispy on the outside (from being pressed on sandwich grill) and soft on the inside - perfecto! Overall delish and satisfying for $6.75. I was impressed by this food truck and hope to try something else on their menu.

Finally a food truck like the ones on Street Eats in Ottawa!! An awesome alternative to the stereotypical fryer trucks. They offer a variety of ethic type dishes but also gourmet style burgers, dogs and fries. Definitely a must try!

If only they would offer gluten-free options!

At the corner of Scott and Tweedsmuir in Westboro sits Bite This. This hipster truck contains stylish visuals and trendy menu items. Sample the mango chicken curry with naan for $6.75. Or try the lemon-oregano chicken feta with grilled onions and tzatziki for $6.75. My friend and I both had the pad thai which was on par with any top thai restaurant, sold for only $7.75. Along with the above menu options, you can get burgers, sausages, fries and poutine if that's what you're craving.
