A true product of the british raj, this soup emerged in response to the demands of the ‘pukka sahib’ for a soup w/ which to commence his meal. Made of lentils, red chillies, ginger, tumeric & other spices, it forms a useful appetizer. Includes a warm glow to conteract chilly weather.
