My favourite pizza in Ottawa. The Gianni is my favourite but I recommend getting it with extra salami. Neapolitan pizza is all about the dough and I think Anthony’s really knows their stuff. The dough is chewy and salty. Haven’t had a better version in Ottawa or Toronto.
So Overrated...
I was expecting the taste I have in mind, thinking the dough would be made of special/organic wheat , blood red tomato sauce (like the ones I had in my country).
So Ordered 2 pizzas,The crust was chewy and wet, very light topping!!

The pizza was pretty good, the sauce had a very "tomato" taste, I know it's not fresh tomatoes but for a tomato sauce it was fresh. The dough was good, traditional not to overshadow the pizza itself. The cheese good job, no complains there.
