Tried Smoked Duck sandwich and Cubano bowl. Nice smoky flavour for sure. Sandwich has a rustic in-house bread, not overly sauced for beautiful meaty taste. Bowl has Brussels sprout, coleslaw and potato. Veggies are nicely roasted too. Everything is just right.
The smoked brisket sandwich is absolutely spectacular. The brisket is tender, smokey, and has a slight savoury bitterness from the bark. Pickles are perfect to balance out the fattiness of the meat.
