Have had many beavertails. This location was super slow to serve. And the maple was disappointing. It said with maple crunchy bits. But really this was just maple syrup poured on and it was crazy messy. Next time will stick to sugar cinnamon.

I had heard nothing but good things about these locations and their poutine as much as the beavertails
However, my experience today was anything but disappointing.
We ordered two poutines to go and waited about 15 minutes to get them. Excited to eat them warm at home, I left in a hurry to get home. Upon opening the poutines (please see the attached picture) and taking the first bite; the only emotions we felt were anger and disappointment.
Anger because under an overload of gravy (which made everything very salty), there was a handful of shredded MOZZARELLA cheese?? Why would they serve shredded mozzarella when even the picture on their menu shows a proper poutine with cheese curds?. The mozzarella was processed pre-shredded mozzarella which is not the right cheese to be used for poutine, especially with a river of gravy. Consequently, both poutines were thrown out, after two bites each.
Even if they had run out of cheese curds, the least they could have done was notified the person expecting a half decent poutine. In that case, I'd have gone to any random chip truck or even the MCD across to get a much better poutine, than what was served to me.
Mozzarella.... that too pre-shredded/processed on a poutine in Ottawa..why??? I'm going to have trust issues for a very long time now.

Ordered two poutines and two beaver dogs and two drinks $40 they ask for a tip when we’re standing out there getting our own food?? They gave us no condiments or forks we have to ask they give us 2 packets of ketchup for our dogs… stingy but they ask for tips when it’s already way over price.

I really enjoy their beaver tails, since I arrived in Canada 16 years ago and my best pastry is what I get here. even when my mom came to Canada 3 years ago and ate their beaver tails and she is mentioning it whenever I go for a vist to the UK

Loved it !!!! :) I tried their poutine a week ago, was supee good, the cheese curds were very fresh ! Last night we tried their beavertails (coco vanilla & cinnamon sugar) - very yummy ! Pastries used to be bigger back then , but $5/7$ is still ok for what you get. They have nice little tables and stools by the resto-cart , and you can also sit by the food court tables nearby. They close a bit after 9pm, so you can grab a bite after finishing shopping. Yummy !

Kids had to try these treats so we made sure to stop by in our way from Ottawa to Toronto. Highly recommend Cinnamon Lemon beaver tail - what's not to like!? ;)

I drove 45 minutes from out of town because I had a craving for Beavertails. I had parked my car on the side out of the way of any cars in an area that did not state no parking. There was more than ample room to fit three cars beside where I had parked. I approached the building to simply ask if they had ways for me to transport 10 beavertails to go and if they said yes, I would have tried to find a spot to park. As I got up to the counter, the guy opened the window and told me "Move your f'ing car because I won't serve you," before closing the window again. Needless to say I left.

Decided to go to the Kanata location for the first time, even though we were just downtown for Poutine fest. Huge disappointment as my Beaver Bites were burnt to a crisp and the cinnamon sugar Beaver Trail we had asked and doubled checked to be on both sides, was not.
