Used to love this place but had a bad experience last weekend. Most of the burgers we received, after waiting for more than an hour, were severely undercooked.
The kitchen staff were adamant that the burgers were cooked correctly and up to their standards.
Will not be returning if this is the "new" standards.

Went here for lunch today after some Christmas shopping on Richmond Rd. After being sat and ordering our drinks 2 waters were brought to our table. After taking a small sip the person I was with noticed not only was the glass dirty, but it was full of food debris! Gross.
Told the manager that we wanted to leave and they said, no problem it was probably the dishwasher who missed it. However, im surprised there was no accountability, and how a server could not look at the item being dropped off at the table and equally fill up a water glass and be clueless.

Im unsure what to give this restaurant as far as stars are concerned. They used to have the best burgers for a great price. The burgers are still good, but prices are very high now. And wait times have always been long. The St-Laurent location has a bit better waiting times and has parking so I'd go there, but if you love burgers and you're in the area, I'd still give this place a try. They have a great tower of onion rings, great burgers and milkshakes. Service, while being slow, is very friendly. Id give this place a 70% rating.

I really like this place for lunch. Good portion for the price and they do drink refills which were great. I came at a time with a new chef so the food took longer than usual. If I weren't in a rush for my meetings, I would have enjoyed my time here more. Nonetheless, food quality is pretty good and staff has been nice!

Top notch! The server were amazing. Super nice and friendly. The food was finger licking delicious. Very good amount of choices on the menu. The onion rings were fried to perfection and I apologize for the photo with the non existing burger. Lol It looked amazing and when I took a bite, I only realized that I didn't take a photo when I was done. Haha
Great to hang out with friends.

Nice place.
Drink came out after 30 min of ordering. Server didn't know that which drink are available. He came back and forth 3 time to let me that beer is not available. Business is not clear.
We are vegetarian so When we order burgers 🍔, strong beef smell was in our burgers. I show in kitchen during walking by to washroom that they don't use separate girll for vegan or vegetarian person. What a point of having it 🙄🙄.
Train your service staff property.

Waiter was excellent and super friendly. Place was empty but food took a while. Ordered chicken burger. Very dry with pale tomatoes and limp piece of lettuce. Friend I was with enjoyed his burger. Very pricey for what you get
