Stopped by at a friend's suggestion for supper. Picked up one butter chicken combo and one chicken curry combo. Clean establishment. Friendly and attentive staff. Quick service. Good portion sizes. Reasonable price. We will return.
Came here for a quick dinner one night and just got butter chicken to go. The curry was pretty decent, not the best I've had, but my order took less than 2 minutes to get the food. So for the speed, price, and location (not a lot of great Indian in centretown, in my experience), I would say it's definitely worth giving it a shot.
First off, when you're willing to make sauces from scratch you automatically go up a level. Mandeep and his staff are amazing. Real authentic flavours made by the restaurant and served in a very friendly atmosphere. This is a lunch hot spot for many as you will see when visiting. Check it out for yourself. It's very very good!

Went to Ottawa on a Saturday,this was one of the suggestions from Zomato. We're big indian food fans so tried it out,it was the best butter chicken I've ever had and the naan was perfect.The prices and service was perfect :) Very impressed!
New Indian restaurant on Bank Street. Restaurant looks more like a trendy café. The staff is very friendly and enthusiastic. You order the food at the cash and staff will bring it to your table. To give you an idea how much I enjoy this restaurant, I went twice this week alone. The first time I ordered the Lamb Korma combination and the second time the curry chicken and beef big meal. I was stuffed both times. The flavoring and presentation is the best I've experienced in Ottawa.The price was comparable to other Indian restaurants around the city $9-$14.
Above and beyond place in terms of customer service as well as food. Located right in the middle of Downtown Ottawa, this place is great for Indian food. Found this place randomly searching online for good Indian food and it exceeded our expectations. The host serving us was very helpful in suggesting what should we order and made food taste to order. The portion size is great as well. Can’t recommend it enough.
Both food and service are amazing. I’ve been to so many Indian restaurants in different countries. This is one of my best. The garlic Naan is the best I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely come back.
After continuously being dissatisfied with all the Indian restaurants I've had a chance to eat for the past year or so, found this gem while traveling to Ottawa. We had chicken combo and Fish curry platter. Good portion and tasted so good. The chicken curry was good too. But the fish curry was well cooked and delicious. On top of all that, good service too. Highly recommend this place.
AMAZING PLACE!!!
Went up to support the freedom rally 2022 in Ottawa and it was one of the only places open. Im usually not much into spicy foods however I took a chance and we ordered for 4 of us.
Friendly staff walked us through how we could have food that we liked without being spicy. He went into the kitchen and actually came out with samples. WOW!!!!
We found an awesome chicken dish which was awesome. Wanted to say a special thanks you ROCK!!!!!!

This is the best place to have Indian food. Not only the environment is welcoming but so are even the people. The best part is the food, found it better than what I could get back in India.
The host makes sure that you are enjoying the food and will always be approachable. He was even accommodating as we had child. Will definitely visit again whenever I come back at Ottawa.
Pretty decent place with awesome food. If you're in Ottawa and craving Indian food, one should definitely try this place.

I love this place so much for so many reasons. My boyfriend and I have been eating here for years. Wherever we live in the city, even in gatineau, we always come to eat here. We simply love it and we love the service so much. The workers are amazing and we ALWAYS tip well. Thank you for being the best restaurant in Ottawa and giving me so many happy memories ❤️ many years being a loyal customer. I have never visited any restaurant in my life as much as I come here.
