This is the first time I've ever been at this restaurant and I will most definitely be back again the service was absolutely exceptional and the food was incredible, best birthday 🥳 dinner. Our waitress Karen was very lovely, will definitely recommend to anyone looking for fantastic Italian food.

It's been a few years since our last visit. I went with my spouse and another couple. Service was excellent. The food was delicious all around including the appetizers and entrées. It was a Sunday and with our table near the sidewalk patio on a warm evening we could also watch the procession of high end vehicles cruising back and forth flashing their income, fake or otherwise. It was an excellent evening out and we'd return for sure.

Amazing food and service! Connor served us last night and it was magnificent, the service was seamless and the food was to die for! I ordered the linguini pescatore and my friend ordered the lasagna and we split the bruschetta and it was delicious! I've tried a lot of bruschetta and this is hands down my favourite. Last night was my first time at Johnny Farina's and I can't wait to return!

Wonderful experience! Great, great food, kind staff, and lovely atmosphere. Only got a picture of our appetizer (arancini in pomodoro sauce) because when our entrees touched down we started eating right away! It was delicious, a little softer than I'm used to but very good!
The meals we ordered were Moe's pizza and tagliatelle alfredo (I added chicken). The alfredo sauce was the best I think Ive ever had, it was not the super white style western sauce you find at some other places. This sauce was rich, creamy, and had a deliciously bold flavour. The noodles were perfection!
The pizza toppings were good; though the crust was very soft, unusually soft. Almost like it needed to be 'well done'. Portions were great!
All the stuff was awesome, they had lots of runners helping the wait staff and it didn't take long to get our meals.
There was a mix of young and old families and couples. Definitely higher quality, pricier food but I wouldn't be worried about just walking in off the street.
The prices are 100% worth it.

Fantastic experience at Johnny Farina! The food was excellent, the prices were reasonable and the staff was personable and gave us great service and recommendations. The Stella pasta was a hit for all four of us at the table. We will be back for sure!

I haven't eaten at Johnny Farinas (the sit down restaurant) before but I have gotten drinks! Awesome attentive service and they even offered us fresh bread to munch on. I frequently stop by Johnny's To Go (located to the right of the entrance) for lunch! Joe is awesome and makes a killer salad and panini!

Had the Johnny Farina chicken penne. Oh, what a glorious salty creamy garlicky flavour fest that was! Comfort food for grown-ups. Unmarred by veggies of any type; you'll want a salad to go with it. :-)

Bad experience, the server droped our glass of wine and didn't even offer us to change table when the room was empty, didn't even change the linen. We got our plates with a 10 minutes interval, Kane(the server) Never came to see us or fill our glass of water. We are both servers and this was such a waste of money.

Hotel recommended the Restaurant when we asked for a Fresh Pasta Restaurant
Were greeted with smiles and sat up stairs with a window view . Staff were amazing, both had Pasta which was excellent, Raspberry Gelato was 5 star, but the Apple Cinnamon crumble was Meh.
Overall will dine here again next time back in Ottawa

Went in on a Thursday night at 6, without a reservation. They got us a booth in just minutes and they were busy.

A last minute dinner with a group of seven and we took a chance on getting a table(s). It was packed but we were lucky a party of 8 didn’t make their reservation.
Great food, atmosphere and superb service. Definitely return on my next visit to Ottawa.

First time and it was fabulous!! We had a window table which we love and our server, who didn't give his name, was fab too! We ordered a Chianti Wine and the evening began. Caprese salad was so good and different from others we've had. Would order it again. We then ordered a pasta and a chic dish. Both excellent. We'd tried twice several days b4 to make a reservation but they were full even open table was no help. Then after arrival in Ottawa I stopped by and there was an opening!! YEA! What an enjoyable evening!!

Came in without a reservation on Valentines Day and they were able to accommodate us. Soup of the Day(Mushroom with Truffle oil) was amazing as were our pasta dishes (Aglio e Olio and Pasta Pescatori). Would definitely go back.

I saw the restaurant on line, and put on my hopes to find time to do. We walked down Williams Street and realized I was here. We were a party of 5 in the afternoon. They were all so wonderful to seat us and gave us a table of 8 so we made calls and had more to meet us for drinks. The server- she was lovely- we couldn't want for nothing. ( I hope she enjoys her days in Florida when she goes.)The food was fantastic- the atmosphere was dreamy. Think we stayed for 2.5hrs. Being in Ottawa on the big 150 anniversary and seeing family in this amazing restaurant couldn't of been more perfect! So glad I was able to go while away from Maine. Thank you!!
