I am always on road they make perfect stepp tea in Orleans other tim hortens in Orlean either they put too sugar or cream I don't know what they do here stepp tea is always good other tim horten should Learn from this location and good customer service also

During the covid 19 pandemic i watched the lady counting all the money in the cash register right before she began making my coffee without washing her hands. When I asked her to wash her hands she refused to and told me that "if I dont trust, dont come back". Her lack of responsibility is dangerous

Ordered 2 Icecaps, one made with chocolate milk for my son, courteous quick and no problem adjusting the ingredients for the second Icecap with the Choc milk.
