We dined in recently and the food was amazing! Great place to go with friends right after the mall, highly recommend their classic Chicken Parm dish.
When we had first came in we had a slight issue with our seating, but our host, Joseph, was extremely helpful and accommodated our every need with a smile on his face!
Service was quick and friendly, overall a great location to dine in!

Great service, great food the only bad thing was the salad seemed a bit old and soggy. No bacon in Caesar salad either. Other than that pasta was amazing. Bread was amazing.

First experience at East Side Mario’s. Upon entering were immediately greeted by the host and seated. Our waitress seemed overwhelmed (don’t know how many waitresses were working and in a hurry. The pizza was decent, the pepperoni has a different taste then I am used too. The salad that comes with the create your own pie was huge. The Diet Pepsi was flat. None of our dishes were removed during our dinner.

We just finished our first visit to this restaurant (our usual place had a/c problems). Everything came to the table piping hot and delicious. The best part, was our server Derek C. He was friendly, efficient and very attentive. We would highly recommend him. He made our visit fantastic.

I visited this evening with a group of 6 friends and Shannon served us. The food was delicious, but what really made the night amazing was the incredible service that Shannon provided. She was bubbly, funny, and was always there to meet our needs (sometimes even before we knew we needed things). This was honestly the best restaurant experience I’ve had an a very long time, and I’ll definitely be back soon (especially if Shannon is working). Thanks again!

We had 2 dinners in and ordered 1 to go. We have a phenomenal waitress. Her name was Shannon. She was friendly, funny, and very likeable. She was also very quick with bread and drink refills.

We were on our way back from a busy weekend we popped into the Oshawa location. I believe our waitress name was Shannon, she had orange/red hair, and all 6 of us let her know that she is by far the best waitress we have ever had. This is saying a lot as we eat out a few times a week. I wish we had this service everywhere we go. As a GM of a business, if she was closer to our home, I would have tried to recruit her. She shows she is there to truly please the customer! Hats off to amazing service 👏

Not only was the food delicious, the meal was complimented by the delightful service!! Derek C was so nice, personable and funny! I'm sure we were a lot to deal with but he always came with a smile and played along with our craziness! We will be back!!
