If I knew the cheese would be chunky and not melted I wouldn't have came. Picked up with lukewarm gravy. Drove 10min to hotel and had to heat it up again. Fries didn't taste fresh. No napkins provided ! Just the poutine and one fork. Try eating that on the go. I don't usually post bad reviews but

The weekend night staff here are absolutely amazing and probably some of the hardest working fastfood staff in Oshawa. I work close to here and order meals as a treat for my own staff on weekends. They are fast and personable and I've seen myself their ability to handle lines that are sometimes down

Food is delicious, stays open late, portion size was very small for the price, food came out quick. Being in downtown finding parking is difficult.

Worst experience lastnight, I will NEVER be returning. I used to love this place. It was the only place I knew that I could get a poutine since I'm vegetarian and don't eat beef gravy. Lastnight I ordered a traditional veggie and it came with a decent sized piece of bacon in it. Completely unaccepta

Good poutine if you're looking to smash a bunch of flavours together. I had the Buffalo chicken and my wife had the cheeseburger with bacon. Both were very good. Fast service and the restaurant was clean.

Is there a point of asking for the fries to be cooked a bit extra? Or is that to difficult for someone to comprehend? I feel like when I ask this my fries are undercooked. If I wanted mashed potatoes I wouldn't get poutine.

A worker went above & beyond... I had a sub-par order previously and let them know about it (fries were a little more stale then usual); I still love smokes poutine so I ordered again and a worker/manager by the name of Andrew not only corrected my concern but went above & beyond to make this experi

Dont waste your money this is how clumpy the poutine is and this is after picking it up in the store getting home with it.... less than 20 minutes later.... That or they decided serving a dish that's been sitting out for hours is what thier paying customers are deserving of. Too bad all this hype ab
