Review Pizza Nova - Oshawa

This store will have their 18-WHEELER TRUCK block a lane on Ritson and the only legal entrance to this plaza from the street. The other driveway has a sign which reads "do not enter", yet they are forcing people to enter there where there is only enough space for 1 car! This happens on Saturday around 10am when the doctor's officer and pharmacy just opens. Talking to the drivers and the worker at the store did not resolve any issues as they did it last weekend as well. There is no stopping on that street, there is signs all over that area stating this. This issue could be resolved easily without inconveniencing anyone if they just pull forward and not block the only legal entrance to the plaza. If not resolved by this weekend, we will just call the city.

We cancelled our order On the spot when we saw the employee use his cell phone and go directly to making the pizza prior to washing his hand. The amazing Pizza Nova standards we’ve known for years have really changed with franchises who don’t really care about the Brand.

The staff were friendly and welcoming and the place looked kept up but the pizza wasn't great. It's was about as good as getting a pizza from little ceasars, but the crust was more thin and crunchy. We got a medium pepperoni here, it was ok but was expecting it would be better than that. Also, the creamy garlis parm dip tastes like a cheap salad dressing, not so great in my opinion

Ordered from here twice first time was excellent this time spent 35.00 food was burnt panzerotti was falling apart lasagna so full of sauce and burnt garlic bread and cheese way overcooked never again

I'm not sure what the issue is with this store but the last few orders were completely messed up. Most recent order was missing an item and everything was completely cold along with the lasagna container being stood on its side, just wow. The driver was extremely late. Even the customer service rep was surprised at how long the order took. The level of incompetence exhibited by this store over and over is a joke. Perhaps you should hire some more drivers and train employees to verify the order before just stuffing everything carelessly into a bag. Customer service refunded me the order cost. I'm done with this location. Never again. Seems to be a common theme with this location.

We have ordered our pizza for many years now at Pizza Nova on Ritson in Oshawa and have always been pleased. They have new staff now and the last 2 times we ordered from them, the crust was burnt to a crisp. They are not the cheapest pizza in town but we are usually happy to pay a little extra for good quality. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Ordered a standard pizza with pepperoni. Received a pizza with cheese on one half and pepperoni on the other. No big problem until we called into the customer service line and spoke to the rudest worker. Rather that helping with our issue she just repeated the same line over and over again despite being entirely incorrect. Ended up with an unsatisfying pizza and horrible customer service
