Over priced and low quality/ unhealthy!
I got a Double Mozza burger Combo for $15.64 (after tax) which is so expensive for a fast food burger that is not really different from their basic burger(s).
When I got the order, i told them that I don’t eat bacon and I did not really know it comes with bacon (since it does not describe under the order on the menu) so they just got the burger back and removed the bacon, which was something I could do it myself! I requested a new one, which was very chewy and not well done so I only had 1-2 bits of it but ate my fries (tasted good) with a coke!
It was my third time trying A&w, I WILL NEVER TRY it again!

Ordered the Beyond Meat burger with double cheese and no onions, with fries and bottle of water. Delicious as always. The fries were pipping hot. You don't need ketchup when the fries are fried to perfection. The cashier taking my order was also very cheerful and smiling.

Terrible customer service. Received food cold, cashier was rude. When the manager reached out to me after i left feedback, he offered me my meal again, for free. Took my name and number and told me to mention it to any of the workers and they would help. When I returned a few weeks later, no one knew what I was talking about and told me they could not help me. They took my name and number for the manager to reach out to me again and it has been weeks and I have not heard anything.

Best root beer out there. Love the teen burgers and of course the onion rings. Reasonable pricing when there is an online deal.

The woman.(African American) that served us today was in such a bad mood and was really rude to us. I asked her to please be nice to me as I had done nothing to deserve the rude treatment. She even admitted she was in a bad mood. Won't be back in a rush.

The meal was good but putting the food in the bag on its side caused all the toppings to slide out and made a big mess. For what I paid I'd like to not have a huge sloppy mess.

Well I'm never going to this a&w ever again! Ordered a kids meals with a cheese burger and a sandwich for myself. Received the meal and drive home to find out there was no cheese burger. I drove back and l took my entire meal back since everything else would be cold by the time I had my whole meal. Handed the employee my meal and came home to find out they did not remake my order.........had to drive twice to get this meal and now its cold....lazy

Unbelievable how employees don't wear gloves when they're handling food.
Just bought a combo for my daughter and we are disgusted. Food is good but will not be returning there
