The food and atmosphere is always great here never had a bad experience, but what makes them really special is the things that they do for the community... Keep it up and have a Merry Christmas...
First I have to thank Trevor for setting us up with our VIP Status. My husband & I had a very lovely time. The food was wonderful, your staff was great. Especially Gary, I nominate him for Employee of the Month! We will definitely be back.

I've only been there once, but I will definitely go back. Excellent food, and very kind, friendly, and fast service from the servers/ bar staff. I enjoyed my time there for sure!

Ordered Take Out with Delivery the other night and it was absolutely amazing! We haven't had a chance to pop out for a night out at Riley's in a long while.....with an 8 month old....little time is available sometimes. We ordered the Fish & Chips, Chicken Souvlaki and a Cheesy Garlic Bread. The food was delivered hot and fresh. Presentation was outstanding for take out and we were stuffed. We always have great experiences and memories shared at Riley's! Thank you for this new experience....even as new parents we can still enjoy Riley's!
Excellent place to go whether for a nice business lunch, afternoon meeting or night on the town. Great food and service.

I had dinner here with the family prior to attending an event at GM Place last weekend, although it's not my first time here. Riley's is the pub of choice for me before Generals games.
Another classic old style pub - lots of rich feeling woods, low lights and bustling crowds (especially when something is going on at GM). Upstairs is a lounge and billiard hall.
I've always found the staff here to be excellent - even on busy nights the service wait is very reasonable - the only trick on event nights is to be there early enough to get a table, because it fills up quickly. Or, wait until the event crowd has passed and find a seat when everyone is gone.
Food options run generally to pub fare, although there are some excellent entree options beyond the common standard. The food here has been above average on every visit, and I've tried a wide range of options. As a bonus, the kids love the place and the food as well, even the pickiest ones.
It's a little pricier than the average - $30-35 a person with tax and tip; not bad when you consider the quality of the food and service. I'll be back again before my next Gennies game.
This place is pretty damn good. Yeah it's a little pricey for pool, but the corner pocket is just down the street if that's more your style and price. The food here has always been good and lounge atmosphere is very inviting.
Sum of all its parts.... There's very few roadhouse-style pubs that I would waste time reviewing.
Riley's, thankfully, isn't one of them.
Riley's menu, while extensive, is good pub grub. It's obviously back-of-house really cares what goes through the pass. A word of caution, however. Come hungry. The portions are substantial.
Front of house, the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
Good food. Great service. Exceptional value. Riley's is truly the sum of all its parts.
Not your average pub!!. With almost 20 different beers on tap and menu to big to read completely this downtown oshawa gem deserves a visit. Great entrees and a large selection of appetizers served in huge portions leave you satisfied. Try the Chicago pork my favourite.

Also the best nachos we have had in years. It's a vegetarian base with a good selection of meat toppings that can be added.
Definitely worth the drive for take out! Customer service is great too, so definitely worth dining in when they're allowed to re-open.
We were there a few weeks ago and enjoyed every moment of it. The beer was good, the food was good. Jade was our server, who always takes great care of us. It was a busy Saturday night but we were able to get a dining table and a pool table without having to wait for either.
Excellent service. Our server was great, personable, organized and knowledgeable. The food was delicious, the nachos were so good and the deep fried food was perfectly crispy. Drinks were fairly priced and great as well!
Sat on the back patio (bond side) it's nice and quiet (lunch time Sunday) Got the Rueben wrap with french onion soup.... Absolutely amazing. I would order both again and this is coming from someone to tends to order vegetarian while at a restaurant 😂
My fiance got the Mediterranean burger with the traditional Greek salad and was pleasantly surprised with how delicious they both were. Caesars could use some "jazzing up" very plain and no garnish with it. Adding a pickle or some olives or even a piece of bacon would have added alot to it.

I always enjoy Rileys and the different types of food they offer. Unfortunately, on Father's Day I made a $130.00 order for the family for takeout and got home to find the two salads completely inedible and brown. Hence removing one star. I would suggest to anyone ordering takeout to check their salad before driving home as it was quite disappointing to receive something in that state.
Always a great time. My co-workers and I often go here on a Friday or Saturday after work for a couple drinks and a few rounds of pool. The bartender Jane is the best! 10/10 would recommend to a friend
I had chicken fingers and lattice fries, my husband had fish and chips. Service was quick and attentive and server made fresh pot of coffee for me. Food was delicious and plentiful. Couldn't finish mine.
