Coffee was hot! Maybe a bit too hot, tasted a little burnt. My Polar Bear donut had so little filling in it I think it was my second last bite I magically got a little taste of it. Has potential but definitely they have some polishing up to do around the edges.
It's an ok Tim Hortons. I've had them mess up our orders on almost a regular basis and they can be pretty cranky. Mostly still go because it's close to our house.
I would pretty close to 50% of the time they seem to have trouble getting my order right. I know I should check before I leave but I am usually there when it is busy and would not be fair to the people behind me that I would be holding up
Good drive through Express. Only limited selection e.g. donuts and some muffins but service is quick and pleasant.

Possibly the worst customer service ever. Young man on cash never acknowledged me, waiting in line while he stares off into distance. Then looks mad when I said are you waiting for me. No thank you, no anything. If minimum wage is $15 hour this is a sad state. Who is he manager? Very poor one.
