The staff here is horrible, they weren't even open yet but instead took breaks and gave their "friends" free food and drinks while telling customers who are waiting to go away and not wait infront of the register. Great service and the interior is decorated very nicely. Problem is that it kind of has a Starbucks feel in decor instead of Tim hortons. Either way it's a Tim hortons and the staff was great. If you need your Timmie's and you're in the mall check it out at the food court

It’s ok here. Kinda crammed, but they do their best. Service with a smile, always get what I want / order. Never any trouble or problems with this location. I’d still lazily go through a drive thru to not have to wait in line, but they’re good here.
