Tho I don't visit this location often because it can be a bit sketchy sometimes, I wanted to leave a review for one of the staff (unfortunately I don't know their name). This staff is always joking with the customers and is always very positive. They have put a smile on my face on more than occasion
Its not the best location because if the people that sit out side that are all out of it. But the service is good and couple of the ladies in there are super friendly and always know my order. Don't even have to tell them they remember it .
Clean friendly not bad ordered a cold brew was good can’t complain about it service was fast and nice :)
Nice place lots of people hanging out and socializing both in store and parking lot. Counter staff was courteous and busy.
Nice place with good room for dine-in.. courteous staff and they accept orders from the Tim Hortons app as well.

I have been to a lot of Tim Hortons this was the best service. The drive-thru was worth the wait because whoever was on soup and sandwich today deserves five stars they made my sandwich amazing

Busy, long lineup inside. Drive thru was also very long and busy. Lovely, friendly, kind customer service representative made it all worth the wait. Coffees were perfect. Clean washrooms.
A Tim Hortons located in downtown Orillia. Parking was available and staff were friendly.
Great service. Go here every morning and get 2 coffees, i say the first and the girls know the other. Makes for quick service in the morning. Sometimes busier than usual but staff does what they can to work efficiently and accurately.
