Refreshing experience with Cold Brew Hazelnut

Honestly I love Tim Hortons, and this is no drag at the staff or the location. I come to this Tim Hortons at least 2x a week but there's gotta be a better way to package donuts. Idk how to contact the company in general so this is just my 2 cents- anyone buying a donut, EVEN A SINGLE DONUT ask for a box maybe? Like one of the small timbits boxes? Idk, if anyone has a better idea let me know, seriously 😂😂

Clean, bright and easily accessed with lots of seating and very little wait time. Busy spot, but staff is helpful and friendly. Washrooms need some work.

Shoutout to one of the staff working around 730pm ystrdy (3/26/22), for having patience while I struggled to order while my brain was still asleep lol Had explained to the guy that I had to pull over & take a 35min nap in their parking lot as I was falling asleep at the wheel!! I had an extremely busy/tiring day while running on 3hrs of sleep, & had just woken up extremely groggy. He added an espresso shot to my coffee free of charge as I had another hour drive ahead of me! Thank you for helping me make it home safely! 😊

99% of the time this store is amazing. They almost always get everything right and if they dont they fix it. The only problem I really have is how early they run out if food sometimes but even when that happens they are prepared to offer what they do have. They are quiet speedy and everyone needs to stop taking things so personally in these reviews. You asked for no mayo and got mayo. Just ask for it to be fixed. You dont know how many orders they're dealing with, how many other tasks they have to do and even what's going on in their minds that's personal. Just ask POLITELY for it to be fixed and they will do it for you. Thanks for your great service!
