Great little diner. Friendly service, quick and very patient with all of us. Great view, relaxed atmosphere, reasonably priced.
Went on a Sunday around 2pm for breakfast and there was 1 waitress at the time. One of us ordered and got the big breakfast, the waitress said "oh you would.. I'm the only one here today so I'm cooking too" and was snippy as she continued taking the rest of our orders. (The food was actually good).
Good food and nice people... Oh yeah and a view!
I recently moved to the area for the summer.Dropped in twice at Marks Finer Diner. I ordered the fish and chips one day and a chicken curry dish the next. Excellent food and HUGE portions. Service was great and they went way and beyond especially since my one visit was Easter in the mid afternoon. W

Out for a delicious breakfast and Mark's was the perfect place! Busy but still had a table available for 6 of us. Parking at the door. Everything was served hot and good portions, waitress was pleasant, accurate. Was my husbands birthday, she brought him dessert with a candle. Outstanding experi
The ambiance was awesome. You get a lodge feeling from this place which is pretty awesome.
The food was good. Nothing too fancy, but it was done well.
The service was great.
Also, you get a lovely view of the lake if you get window seats.
With those trollers who seems to beat up restaurants , go get a life you idiots. Mark you have always done a good job. Don't listen to these negative reviews they have issues of there own. Have not been out to new restaurant yet but will stop buy with family soon. Dan
