They put the Icecream on marble slab and that’s supposed to somehow make it unique?
No thanks. All it did was melt the icecream
And waste some and that’s concerning for me since I paid by weight!
Didn’t even taste gelato. Isn’t it better to get Chapman’s and make your own!
Good concept but very badly executed.
It starts melting just before they hand you the cone and once you’re out of the store, this is how your ice cream will look like.
A complete mess.
The two starts is due to the average taste.
I wanted to leave a note for the people in charge of scheduling. We stopped in around 2 on St Pat's Day for a tasty treat. It also happened to be +16 outside and March break. The young woman, working by herself with a non stop lineup did an amazing job. I hope the management recognises her hard wor
This is the worst location in Oakville. Service is unorganized and the employees are not friendly. This is the only marble slab location that doesn’t provide samples and which they said was due to Covid safety… yet the workers do not wear face masks when handling the ice cream and food products. We tried their downtown Oakville location for the first time. Delicious ice cream and the waffle cone really surprised me. Delicate and soft shell which was light and tasty.
Flavours are good but not excellent compared to other gelato places in town

Taste is great and rich . I loved it
Tight seating area and the door is broken. Not easy to open with a very annoying noise ( can’t they fix the door )
